यस विकास बैंकका संस्थापक शेयरधनी गायत्री अधिकारीले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको संस्थापक शेयरहरु मध्ये २६,९३८ कित्ता शेयरहरु बिक्री गर्न आवश्यक स्वीकृतिको लागि बैंकको सञ्चालक समिति समक्ष आवेदन दिनु भएकोले संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक यस बैंकका विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । उक्त संस्थापक शेयरहरु खरीद गर्न ईच्छुक संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिन भित्र सो सम्बन्धी विवरण खुलाई यस बैंकको मुख्य कार्यालय डिल्लीबजार, काठमाडौंमा लिखित जानकारी गराउन हुन अनुरोध गरिन्छ ।
तोकिएको समयावधि भित्र विद्यमान संस्थापकहरुबाट शेयर खरीद गर्ने सम्बन्धमा कुनै लिखित जानकारी प्राप्त हुन नआएमा बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था सम्बन्धी ऐन २०७३, नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको एकीकृत निर्देशन तथा अन्य प्रचलित कानून बमोजिम शेयर बिक्री प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढाइने व्यहोरा समेत यसै सूचना मार्फत जानकारी गराइन्छ ।
35-Day Notice Regarding Sale of Promoter Shares

This notice is published for the information of existing promoter shareholders of this bank who are interested in purchasing promoter shares, as Gayatri Adhikari, a promoter shareholder of this development bank, has applied to the Bank's Board of Directors for necessary approval to sell 26,938 unit shares out of the promoter shares held in her name. Interested promoter shareholders willing to purchase the said promoter shares are requested to submit written information with relevant details to the bank's Head Office at Dillibazaar, Kathmandu within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice.
If no written information is received from the existing promoters regarding the purchase of shares within the specified timeframe, this notice also informs that the share sale process will be moved forward in accordance with the Bank and Financial Institutions Act, 2073, the Integrated Directives of Nepal Rastra Bank, and other prevailing laws.
