यस विकास बैंकका संस्थापक शेयरधनी दिवाकर कुचेरियाले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको संस्थापक शेयरहरु मध्ये १,८०३ कित्ता शेयरहरु बिक्री गर्न स्वीकृतिको लागि बैंकको सञ्चालक समिति समक्ष निवेदन दिनु भएकोले संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक यस बैंकका विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । उपरोक्त संस्थापक शेयरहरु खरीद गर्न ईच्छुक संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिन भित्र सो सम्बन्धी विवरण खुलाई यस बैंकको मुख्य कार्यालय डिल्लीबजार, काठमाण्डौमा लिखित जानकारी गराउनु हुन अनुरोध गरिन्छ ।
तोकिएको समयावधि भित्र विद्यमान संस्थापकहरुबाट शेयर खरीद गर्ने सम्बन्धमा कुनै लिखित जानकारी प्राप्त हुन नआएमा बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था सम्बन्धी ऐन २०७३, नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको एकीकृत निर्देशन तथा अन्य प्रचलित कानून बमोजिम शेयर बिक्री प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढाईने व्यहोरा समेत यसै सूचना मार्फत जानकारी गराईन्छ ।
35-Day Notice Regarding Sale of Promoter Shares

As Diwakar Kucheriya, a promoter shareholder of this Bikas Bank, has submitted an application to the Bank's Board of Directors for approval to sell 1,803 units of promoter shares held in his name, this notice has been published for the information of the existing promoter shareholders of this Bank who are interested in purchasing the promoter shares. Interested promoter shareholders wishing to purchase the aforementioned promoter shares are requested to submit a written application with details to the Bank's Head Office at Dillibazar, Kathmandu within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice.
If no written information regarding the purchase of shares is received from the existing promoters within the specified period, this notice also informs that the share sale process will be proceeded with in accordance with the Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 2073, Unified Directives of Nepal Rastra Bank, and other prevailing laws.
