Notice Regarding Registrar to Shares
This notice is published for the information of all shareholders and concerned parties that Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited, 3rd Floor, JDA Complex, Bagdurbar, Kathmandu has been appointed as the Share Registrar of this Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited with effect from 2080/04/29 to perform all functions relating to maintaining records of securities transactions, registration/transfer, transmission, freeze, and updating the register of shareholders; hence, all works under the Bank's Share Registrar will be conducted through Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited.
