नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डको पत्र संख्या: ६०/८१ चलानी नं. १५२३ मिति २०८०/०८/२५ गतेको पत्रबाट निर्देशन भए बमोजिम यस कम्पनीको नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डमा दर्ता भएको कुल शेयर मध्ये तपसिलमा उल्लेखित संस्थापक शेयरधनी, सर्वसाधारणतर्फ आयोजना प्रभावित क्षेत्रका स्थानिय बासिन्दाहरु र कर्मचारीहरुको स्वामित्वमा रहेको शेयरको लक-इन अवधि देहाय बमोजिमको मितिमा समाप्त हुने ब्यहोरा सम्पूर्ण शेयरधनी महानुभावहरु, नियमनकारी निकाय तथा सम्पूर्ण सरोकारवालाहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।

Very Important Notice Regarding Expiry of Lock-in Period for Ordinary Shares
As per the directive from Nepal Securities Board's letter number: 60/81, dispatch number: 1523, dated 2080/08/25, this notice has been published for the information of all esteemed shareholders, regulatory bodies, and all concerned parties, stating that the lock-in period for shares owned by promoter shareholders, local residents of the project-affected area (from the general public), and employees, as mentioned in the table below, out of the total shares registered with Nepal Securities Board by this company, will expire on the dates specified below.
