संस्थापक शेयर खरीद गर्न चाहानु हुने विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरूलाई जरूरी सूचना

यस वित्तीय संस्थाका संस्थापक शेयरधनी श्री नुमनाथ पौडेलले आफ्नो नाममा कायम रहेको १,२९,०३२ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्नका लागि निवेदन दिनु भएको र उक्त निवेदन यस वित्तीय संस्थाको संचालक समितिको बैठकमा पेश हुँदा प्रचलित नियमानुसार बिक्री गर्न प्रकृया अघि बढाउने निर्णय भएकोले उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरीद गरी लिन इच्छुक यस वित्तीय संस्थाका विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरूलाई नै पहिलो प्राथमिकता दिनु पर्ने प्रावधान भएबाट विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरूको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ। यदि कुनै विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरूलाई उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरीद गरी लिन इच्छा भएमा यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैंतीस) दिन भित्र आवश्यक प्रमाण कागजातहरू संलग्न गरी यस वित्तीय संस्थाको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, थापाथली, काठमाडौँमा आफुले खरीद गर्न चाहेको शेयर कित्ताको व्यहोरा खुलाई निवेदन दिनु हुन सूचित गरिन्छ। संस्थापक शेयर खरीद गरि लिने सम्बन्धमा तोकिएको उक्त समयावधि भित्र विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरूको निवेदन पेश हुन नआएमा यही सूचनालाई आधार मानी प्रचलित नियमानुसार अन्य व्यक्ति/संस्थालाई संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्ने सम्बन्धी आवश्यक प्रक्रिया अघि बढाईने व्यहोरा समेत सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।
Urgent Notice for Existing Promoter Shareholders Wishing to Purchase Promoter Shares

This notice is published for the information of existing promoter shareholders as promoter shareholder of this financial institution, Mr. Num Nath Paudel, submitted an application to sell 1,29,032 units of promoter shares held in his name, and upon presenting the application to the Board of Directors meeting of this financial institution, a decision was made to proceed with the sale process as per prevailing rules, requiring first priority to be given to existing promoter shareholders of this financial institution interested in purchasing the said promoter shares. If any existing promoter shareholders wish to purchase the said promoter shares, they are informed to submit an application specifying the details of the share units they wish to purchase, along with the necessary supporting documents, at the Central Office of this financial institution in Thapathali, Kathmandu within 35 (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice. If no application is received from existing promoter shareholders within the specified time period regarding the purchase of promoter shares, this notice shall be taken as the basis to proceed with the necessary process to sell the promoter shares to other persons/institutions in accordance with prevailing rules, and this notice is published for the information of all concerned.
