प्रतिफल (नगद लाभांश) वितरण गरिएको सम्बन्धी सूचना
माछापुच्छ्रे बैंक लिमिटेड कोष प्रवर्द्धक तथा माछापुच्छ्रे क्यापिटल लिमिटेड योजना व्यवस्थापक रहेको एमबीएल सामूहिक लगानी कोष अन्तर्गत संचालनमा रहेको बन्दमुखी योजना एमबीएल इक्विटी फण्ड (MBLEF) को आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ को लागि योजनाका इकाईधनीहरुलाई कर सहित ८ प्रतिशतका दरले प्रतिफल (नगद लाभांश) वितरण गर्ने निर्णय भए बमोजिम प्रतिफल वितरण प्रयोजनार्थ इकाईधनी दर्ता पुस्तिकामा मिति २०८३ भाद्र १ गतेसम्म कायम इकाईधनीहरुलाई हितग्राही खातामा उल्लेख गरिएको बैंक खातामा उक्त प्रतिफल (नगद लाभांश) मिति २०८३ भाद्र १८ गतेदेखि जम्मा गरिएकोले आफ्नो बैंक खातामा प्रतिफल प्राप्त भए नभएको यकिन गर्नुहुन अनुरोध गर्दछौं।
हालसम्म पनि आफ्नो हितग्राही खातामा बैंक/वित्तीय संस्थाको खाता अध्यावधिक नगराउनु भएका तथा हितग्राही खातामा उल्लेखित बैंक खाता बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था मर्जरको कारणले गर्दा परिवर्तन भएका इकाईधनी महानुभावहरुले आफ्नो हितग्राही खाता रहेको सम्बन्धित निक्षेप सदस्यमा सम्पर्क राखि हितग्राही खातामा बैंक खाता अध्यावधिक गरी योजना व्यवस्थापकलाई जानकारी गराई समयमा नै आफ्नो प्रतिफल (नगद लाभांश) संकलन गर्नु हुन अनुरोध छ।
साथै, आफ्नो इकाई धितो राखेका इकाईधनी महानुभावहरुको हकमा प्रतिफल (नगद लाभांश) प्राप्त गर्नको लागि सम्बन्धित बैंक/वित्तीय संस्थाको स्वीकृति पत्र माछापुच्छ्रे क्यापिटल लिमिटेडमा पेश गर्नुहुन समेत अनुरोध छ।

Notice Regarding
Distribution of Dividend (Cash Dividend) to Unit Holders
As per the decision to distribute a dividend (cash dividend) at the rate of 8 percent (including tax) for the fiscal year 2082/83 to the unit holders of MBL Equity Fund (MBLEF), a closed-ended scheme operated under MBL Mutual Fund with Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited as the fund sponsor and Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited as the scheme manager; we request the unit holders maintained in the unit holder register book until मिति 2083 Bhadra 1 to verify whether the said dividend (cash dividend) has been received in their bank accounts, as it has been deposited from मिति 2083 Bhadra 18 into the bank accounts mentioned in their Demat accounts.
Those unit holders who have not yet updated their bank/financial institution accounts in their Demat accounts, or whose bank accounts mentioned in the Demat accounts have changed due to the merger of banks and financial institutions, are requested to contact their respective Depository Participant (DP) where their Demat account is held, update their bank account in the Demat account, inform the scheme manager, and collect their dividend (cash dividend) in time.
Additionally, in the case of unit holders who have pledged their units, they are requested to submit a release/consent letter from the concerned bank/financial institution to Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited to receive the dividend (cash dividend).
