साधारण शेयरको लक इन अवधि (Lock In Period) समाप्त हुने बारेको अत्यन्त जरुरी सूचना

नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट प्राप्त निर्देशन अनुसार यस कम्पनीको नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डमा दर्ता भएको कूल शेयर मध्ये तपसिलमा उल्लेखित संस्थापक शेयरधनी, सर्वसाधारणतर्फ आयोजना प्रभावित क्षेत्रका स्थानिय बासिन्दाहरु र कर्मचारीहरुको स्वामित्वमा रहेको शेयरको लक-इन अवधि (Lock-In Period) देहाय बमोजिमको मितिमा समाप्त हुने व्यहोरा सम्पूर्ण शेयरधनी महानुभावहरु, नियमनकारी निकाय तथा सम्पूर्ण सरोकारवालाहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।

क्र.सं. शेयर विवरण लक-इन अवधिमा रहेको कुल शेयर संख्या लक-इन अवधि समाप्त हुने मिति

  1. संस्थापक शेयर संख्या ६८,८५,२८० कित्ता वि.सं. २०८३/०६/१० गते (तद्नुसार सन् २०२६/०९/२६) पश्चात् ।
  2. आयोजना प्रभावित क्षेत्रका बासिन्दाहरुको शेयर संख्या ८,६०,६६० कित्ता वि.सं. २०८३/०६/१० गते (तद्नुसार सन् २०२६/०९/२६) पश्चात् ।
  3. कर्मचारीहरुको शेयर संख्या १७,२१३ कित्ता वि.सं. २०८३/०६/१० गते (तद्नुसार सन् २०२६/०९/२६) पश्चात् ।

नोट: संचालक तथा कम्पनीको उच्च व्यवस्थापकिय पदमा कार्यरत कर्मचारीहरुको हकमा नियमानुसार शेयर रोक्का रहने छ ।

Urgent Notice Regarding Expiry of Lock-In Period of Ordinary Shares

As per the directives received from the Securities Board of Nepal, this notice is published for the information of all valued shareholders, regulatory bodies, and all stakeholders that out of the total registered shares of this company registered with the Securities Board of Nepal, the Lock-In Period of shares held by promoter shareholders, project-affected local residents from the general public side, and employees mentioned in the details below shall expire on the following date.

3. Employees' Shares Count 17,213 units After B.S. 2083/06/10 (corresponding to A.D. 2026/09/26)

Note: In the case of Directors and employees working in senior managerial positions of the company, shares will remain locked as per the rules.
