यस मितेरी डेभलपमेन्ट बैंक लिमिटेडका तपसिल बमोजिमका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले आफ्नो नाममा भएको संस्थापक शेयरहरु मध्ये तपशिल बमोजिमको शेयर कित्ता बिक्री गर्ने ईच्छा जाहिर गरी निवेदन दिनु भएको र संचालक समितिको बैठकमा पेश हुँदा रित पुर्याई बिक्री गर्न अनुमति दिने निर्णय भएकोले उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिन इच्छुक भए हाल कायम यस बैंकका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई नै प्राथमिकता दिनु पर्ने व्यवस्था भएबाट संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि मिति २०८०।०३।३१ गतेको राष्ट्रिय दैनिक पत्रिका नागरिक दैनिकमा ३५ (पैतिस) दिनको सूचना प्रकाशन गरेकोमा सो अवधि भित्र विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीले खरिद गर्न चाहेको कुनै पनि लिखत जानकारी पेश हुन नआएको हुँदा प्रचलित कानुनको अधिनमा रहि अन्य व्यक्ति/संस्थालाई बैंकको संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिन इच्छा भएमा यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैतिस) दिन भित्र आवश्यक कागजात प्रमाण संलग्न गरी बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय महेन्द्रपथ धरान १२ सुनसरी वा शेयर रजिष्ट्रार श्री प्रभु क्यापिटल लिमिटेड कमलादि काठमाण्डौँमा आइपुग्नेगरी आवेदन गर्नु हुन सूचित गराईएको छ ।

सविना श्रेष्ठ ६१,१२४/- (एक सठ्ठीहजार एक सय चौविस कित्ता मात्र)
Notice Regarding the Sale of Promoter Shares
As the following promoter shareholders of this Miteri Development Bank Limited submitted applications expressing their intention to sell the promoter shares registered under their names as per the details below, and the Board of Directors meeting decided to grant approval for the sale following due procedures; and whereas, in accordance with the provision that priority must be given to existing promoter shareholders of the bank to purchase such promoter shares, a 35 (thirty-five) day notice was published in the national daily newspaper Nagarik Dainik on 2080।03।31 for the information of promoter shareholders, but no written intention to purchase was submitted by the existing promoter shareholders within that period; now, other individuals/institutions interested in purchasing the bank's promoter shares in accordance with prevailing laws are hereby notified to submit applications along with necessary supporting documents within 35 (thirty-five) days from the publication date of this notice, addressed to the bank's Central Office at Mahendrapath, Dharan-12, Sunsari, or to the Share Registrar, Prabhu Capital Limited, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
