यस मितरी डेभलपमेन्ट बैंक लिमिटेडका तपसिलमा उल्लेखित संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्नो नाममा भएको संस्थापक शेयरहरु बिक्री गर्ने इच्छा जाहेर गरी निवेदन दिनु भएको र उक्त निवेदन संचालक समितिको बैठकमा पेश हुँदा रित पुर्याई बिक्री गर्ने प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउने निर्णय भएकोले उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिन इच्छुक भई हाल कायम यस बैंकका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई नै प्राथमिकता दिनु पर्ने नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको विद्यमान व्यवस्था रहेकोले संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।
यदि कुनै संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुलाई बैंकको संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिन इच्छा भएमा यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैँतीस) दिन भित्र आवश्यक कागजात प्रमाण संलग्न गरी के कति कित्ता लिने हो सो व्यहोरा खुलाई बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय महेन्द्रपथ धरान १२ सुनसरी वा शेयर रजिष्ट्रार श्री प्रभु क्यापिटल लिमिटेड कमलादी, काठमाण्डौँमा आइपुग्ने गरी आवेदन गर्नु हुन सूचित गराईएको छ ।
म्याद भित्र विद्यमान संस्थापकहरुबाट आवेदन नपरेमा संस्थापक भन्दा बाहिर शेयर बिक्रीको प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढ्न सक्ने व्यहोरा समेत अनुरोध गरिन्छ ।

सविना श्रेष्ठ ६१,१२४/- (एक सठ्ठीहजार एक सय चौविस कित्ता मात्र)
This notice has been published for the information of existing promoter shareholders of Miteri Development Bank Limited, as the promoter shareholders mentioned in the details below have expressed their desire to sell the promoter shares registered in their names and have submitted an application. When this application was presented at the Board of Directors meeting, it was decided to proceed with the sale process in due course. As per the existing provisions of Nepal Rastra Bank, priority must be given to the existing promoter shareholders of this bank who are interested in purchasing these promoter shares.
If any promoter shareholder is interested in purchasing the bank's promoter shares, they are hereby informed to submit an application within 35 (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice, clearly stating the number of shares they wish to purchase, along with the necessary documents and proofs, to the bank's Central Office, Mahendrapath, Dharan 12, Sunsari, or to the Share Registrar, Shri Prabhu Capital Limited, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
It is also requested to note that if no application is received from existing promoters within the deadline, the process of selling shares to non-promoters may proceed.
