माउन्ट एभरेष्ट पावर डेभलपमेन्ट लिमिटेडले आफ्नो जारी पूँजी रु. ८६,००,००,०००/- (अक्षरेपी छ्यासी करोड रुपैयाँ मात्र) को ३०% अर्थात रु. २५,८०,००,०००/- रकम बराबरको रु. १००/- अंकित दरका कूल २५,८०,००० कित्ता साधारण शेयर सर्वसाधारणहरुको लागि छुट्टाइएको र सो मध्ये जारी पूँजीको १०% अर्थात ८,६०,००० कित्ता आयोजना प्रभावित क्षेत्रका स्थायी बासिन्दाहरुलाई बाँडफाँड गरिएको र जारी पूँजीको २०% अर्थात १७,२०,००० कित्ता साधारण शेयरको १०% अर्थात १,७२,००० कित्ता नेपाल सरकारको सम्बन्धित निकायबाट श्रम स्वीकृति प्राप्त गरी विदेशमा बसी रोजगार गरिरहेका नेपालीहरुका लागि, २% अर्थात ३४,४०० कित्ता कार्यालयमा कार्यरत कर्मचारीहरुका लागि र ५% अर्थात ८६,००० कित्ता सामूहिक लगानी कोषका लागि बाँडफाँड गरेपश्चात बाँकी रहेको १४,२७,६०० कित्ता साधारण शेयरहरु सर्वसाधारणका लागि मिति २०८३ असार ०३ गते बुधबारदेखि मिति २०८३ असार ०८ गते सोमबारसम्म एनआईएमबि एस क्यापिटल लिमिटेडको निष्काशन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धकत्वमा सार्वजनिक निष्काशन तथा बिक्री गरिएकोमा रितपूर्वक आवेदन दिनुहुने आवेदकहरु मध्ये १,४२,७६० जना आवेदकहरुलाई १४,२७,६०० कित्ता शेयर धितोपत्र निष्काशन तथा बाँडफाँड निर्देशिका २०७४ बमोजिम मिति २०८३ असार ११ गते शुक्रबार बाँडफाँड गरिएको व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैको लागि सूचित गर्दछौं ।
साथै यस निष्काशन कार्यमा सहयोग तथा सद्भाव प्रदान गर्नुहुने सम्पूर्ण शुभेच्छुकहरु, लगानीकर्ता आवेदकहरु, सि-आस्वा सदस्य बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरु, कम्पनी रजिष्ट्रारको कार्यालय, नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड, नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज लि., सिडिएस एण्ड क्लियरिङ्ग लि., प्रत्याभुतिकर्ता, सञ्चारमाध्यमहरु तथा सम्बन्धित सबै निकायहरुमा धन्यवाद तथा हार्दिक कृतज्ञता ज्ञापन गर्दछौं ।

Mount Everest Power Development Limited had allotted 2,580,000 units of ordinary shares at a face value of Rs. 100/- equivalent to Rs. 25,80,00,000/- (in words: twenty-five crore eighty lakh rupees only), which is 30% of its issued capital of Rs. 86,00,00,000/-. Out of this, 860,000 units (10% of issued capital) were allotted to permanent residents of project-affected areas, 1,720,000 units (20% of issued capital) were allotted to Nepalis working abroad with labor permits from relevant government bodies of Nepal, 34,400 units (2%) were allotted to employees working in the office, and 86,000 units (5%) were allotted to collective investment schemes. After these allotments, the remaining 1,427,600 units of ordinary shares were publicly offered for sale under the management of NIMB Ace Capital Limited from Wednesday, 2083 Ashar 03 to Monday, 2083 Ashar 08. We hereby inform all concerned that out of the 1,427,600 applicants who applied properly, 1,427,600 units of shares were allotted on Friday, 2083 Ashar 11, as per the Securities Issuance and Allotment Directive 2074.
Furthermore, we extend our sincere thanks and gratitude to all well-wishers, investor applicants, C-ASBA member banks and financial institutions, Office of Company Registrar, Nepal Securities Board, Nepal Stock Exchange Ltd., CDS and Clearing Ltd., underwriters, media, and all other relevant bodies for their cooperation and goodwill in this issuance process.
