साधारण सभाको मिति र स्थान परिवर्तन सम्बन्धी सूचना
मिति २०८३ साल भाद्र १० गते रसुवा, नुवाकोट, धादिङ र आसपासका जिल्लाहरुमा गएको भीषण बाढीका कारण भएको मानवीय क्षति र ठूलो भौतिक पूर्वाधारको विनाशका कारण सिर्जना भएको विषम र आपतकालीन परिस्थितिमा साधारण सभामा सम्पूर्ण शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुको भौतिक उपस्थिति सम्भव नभएको अवस्थालाई मध्यनजर गर्दै, कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकको निर्णय अनुसार यसअघि २०८३ साल भाद्र २० गते होटल भादगाउँ एण्ड रिसोर्ट लिमिटेड भक्तपुरमा सम्पन्न हुने भनिएको यस कम्पनीको प्रथम वार्षिक साधारण सभा (AGM) हाललाई स्थगित गरि मिति २०८३ साल असोज १० गते शनिबार (२६ सेप्टेम्बर २०२६) दिनको १ बजे यस कम्पनीको रजिस्टर्ड कार्यालय काठमाडौँ महानगरपालिका - ८ गौशालामा हुने व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैमा सूचित गरिन्छ।
यस प्राकृतिक विपद्का कारण भएको ठुलो जन धनको क्षति प्रति कम्पनी परिवार गहिरो दुःख व्यक्त गर्दै विपद प्रभावित क्षेत्रका सम्पूर्ण बासिन्दाहरुको सुरक्षा र यथाशीघ्र पुनरुत्थानको कामना गर्दछौं।

Notice regarding change in date and venue of General Meeting
Considering the difficult and emergency situation created by the severe flood that occurred on 2083 Bhadra 10 in Rasuwa, Nuwakot, Dhading and surrounding districts, which caused human casualties and extensive damage to physical infrastructure, and in view of the impossibility of physical presence of all shareholders at the General Meeting, the Board of Directors of the company has decided to postpone the First Annual General Meeting (AGM) of this company, which was previously scheduled to be held on 2083 Bhadra 20 at Hotel Bhadgaon & Resort Limited, Bhaktapur. It will now be held on 2083 Ashoj 10, Saturday (26 September 2026) at 1 PM at the registered office of this company, Kathmandu Metropolitan City - 8 Gaushala. This information is hereby given to all concerned.
The company family expresses deep sorrow for the extensive loss of life and property caused by this natural disaster and wishes for the safety and speedy rehabilitation of all residents in the affected areas.
