यस विकास बैंकका केही संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूले आफूले धारण गरेको शेयर बिक्री गर्न इच्छुक रही सञ्चालक समिति समक्ष निवेदन दिनुभएको हुँदा नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंक बाट जारी एकीकृत निर्देशन २०८० को इ.प्रा. निर्देशन नं. १०/०८० बमोजिम खरिद गर्न इच्छुक साविकका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूका लागि यो ३५ दिने सूचना जारी गरिएको छ । साविकका संस्थापक शेयरधनिहरुबाट आफूले खरिद गर्न चाहेको शेयर कित्ता र प्रति शेयर रकम खुलाई सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिन भित्र बैंकको केन्द्रिय कार्यालय का.म.न.पा.-०३, लाजिम्पाट काठमाडौँमा निवेदन पेश गर्नुहुन जानकारी गराइन्छ । उक्त समयसम्ममा कुनै निवेदन पेश हुन नआएमा कानूनबमोजिम भइजाने व्यहोरा समेत अवगत गराइन्छ ।

35-Day Notice Issued to Existing Promoters Regarding the Sale of Promoter Shares
(Published Date: 2081 Bhadra 2, Tuesday)
As some promoter shareholders of this development bank have submitted applications to the Board of Directors expressing their intention to sell the shares held by them, this 35-day notice has been issued for existing promoter shareholders interested in purchasing the shares in accordance with Directive No. 10/080 of the Unified Directives 2080 issued by Nepal Rastra Bank. Existing promoter shareholders are requested to submit an application stating the number of shares and price per share they wish to purchase within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice to the bank's Central Office at KMC-03, Lazimpat, Kathmandu. It is also informed that if no application is received within the specified timeframe, the process will proceed according to the prevailing laws.
