मुक्तिनाथ म्युचुअल फण्ड १ (Muktinath Mutual Fund 1)
को
आर्थिक वर्ष २०८०/८१ को
नगद लाभांश वितरण तथा इकाईधनी दर्ता किताब बन्द बारेको सूचना
योजना व्यवस्थापक मुक्तिनाथ क्यापिटल लि.को मिति २०८१ भाद्र ११ गते बसेको संचालक समितिको बैठकको निर्णयानुसार मुक्तिनाथ म्युचुअल फण्ड अन्तर्गत सञ्चालित मुक्तिनाथ म्युचुअल फण्ड १ (Muktinath Mutual Fund 1) योजनाको आर्थिक वर्ष २०८०/८१ को मुनाफाबाट इकाईधनीहरुलाई ४.२५% (कर सहित) को दरले नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने निर्णय भएको र सो प्रयोजनका लागि मिति २०८१ भाद्र १२ गते बुधबार (एक दिन) इकाईधनी दर्ता पुस्तिका बन्द (Book Close) रहने व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीको लागि सूचित गरिन्छ ।
इकाईधनी दर्ता किताब बन्द भएको अघिल्लो दिनसम्म नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज लि.मा कारोबार भई तोकिएको समयावधि भित्र कायम इकाईधनीहरुलाई मात्र नगद लाभांश वितरण हुने व्यहोरा समेत यसै सूचनामार्फत सूचित गरिन्छ ।
साथै, आफ्नो इकाई धितो राखेको इकाईधनीहरुको हकमा नगद लाभांश प्राप्त गर्नका लागि सम्बन्धित बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाबाट No Objection Letter पेश गरे पश्चात् मात्र उक्त नगद लाभांश वितरण गरिने व्यहोरा समेत अनुरोध छ ।
नोट: प्रचलित आयकर ऐन बमोजिम श्रोतमा कर कट्टी हुने र श्रोतमा कट्टी गरिएको करको विवरण दाखिला गर्दा भुक्तानी प्राप्त गर्ने व्यक्ति/संस्थाको स्थायी लेखा नम्बर (PAN) उल्लेख गर्नुपर्ने भएकोले सम्पूर्ण इकाईधनीहरुले आ-आफ्नो हितग्राही खातामा स्थायी लेखा नम्बर (PAN) अद्यावधिक गराई सहयोग गरिदिनुहुन समेत अनुरोध गरिन्छ ।

Notice regarding
Cash Dividend Distribution and Unit Holders' Register Book Closure for the Fiscal Year 2080/81
As per the decision of the Board of Directors meeting of the fund manager, Muktinath Capital Ltd., held on 2081 Bhadra 11, it was decided to distribute a cash dividend at the rate of 4.25% (including tax) to unit holders from the profits of Fiscal Year 2080/81 for the scheme Muktinath Mutual Fund 1 operated under Muktinath Mutual Fund; and for this purpose, the Unit Holders' Register Book (Book Close) will remain closed on Wednesday, 2081 Bhadra 12 (one day), which is hereby notified for the information of all concerned.
It is also informed through this notice that the cash dividend will be distributed only to those unit holders maintained within the specified period who traded on Nepal Stock Exchange Ltd. until the day before the book closure.
Furthermore, in the case of unit holders who have pledged their units, it is requested that the cash dividend will be distributed only after submitting a No Objection Letter from the concerned bank and financial institution.
Note: As tax will be deducted at source pursuant to the prevailing Income Tax Act and the Permanent Account Number (PAN) of the beneficiary individual/institution must be stated while filing the tax deducted at source returns, all unit holders are requested to cooperate by updating their Permanent Account Number (PAN) in their respective demat accounts.
