इकाई सार्वजनिक निष्काशन तथा बिक्री खुल्ला भईरहेको बारेको सूचना
मुक्तिनाथ म्युचुअल फण्ड २ (MUKTINATH MUTUAL FUND 2) को प्रति इकाई अंकित मूल्य रु.१०/- दरको १०,००,००,००० (अक्षरेपी दश करोड) इकाईले हुन आउने कुल रकम रु.१,००,००,००,०००/- (अक्षरेपी एक अर्ब रुपैया मात्र) मध्ये न्यूनतम १,५०,००,००० (अक्षरेपी एक करोड पचास लाख) इकाई वा कुल बिक्री भएको इकाई संख्याको न्यूनतम १५ (पन्ध्र) प्रतिशत इकाई जस मध्ये १३ (तेह्र) प्रतिशत अर्थात १,३०,००,००० (एक करोड तिस लाख) इकाई कोष प्रवर्द्धक कम्पनी मुक्तिनाथ विकास बैंक लिमिटेड तथा २ (दुई) प्रतिशत अर्थात २०,००,००० (बिस लाख) इकाई योजना व्यवस्थापक कम्पनी मुक्तिनाथ क्यापिटल लिमिटेडका लागि सुरक्षित राखी बाँकी न्यूनतम ८,५०,००,००० (आठ करोड पचास लाख मात्र) इकाई मिति २०८३ असोज १ गते देखि मिति २०८३ असोज ६ गते (छिटोमा) सम्म निष्काशन तथा बिक्री खुल्ला रहने भनिएकोमा माग बमोजिम आवेदन प्राप्त नभएकोले विवरण पुस्तिकाको दफा ९ को उपदफा १ मा भएको व्यवस्था बमोजिम ढिलोमा मिति २०८३ असोज १५ गते बन्द हुने गरी निष्काशन तथा बिक्री खुल्ला रहने व्यहोरा जानकारी गराउँदछौं । साथै, माग भन्दा बढी संख्यामा आवेदन प्राप्त हुन आएमा मिति २०८३ असोज १५ गते अगावै कुनै पनि दिन सूचना प्रकाशित गरी निष्काशन तथा बिक्री बन्द गरिने व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीका लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशन गरिएको छ ।
दरखास्त दिन पाउने न्यूनतम कित्ता: १०० इकाई
दरखास्त दिन पाउने अधिकतम कित्ता : १,००,००,००० इकाई
दरखास्त साथ भुक्तानी गर्नुपर्ने रु. १०/- प्रति इकाईको दरले ।

Notice regarding the ongoing Public Issue and Sale of Units of
MUKTINATH MUTUAL FUND 2
Out of the total 10,00,00,000 (in words, Ten Crore) units of Muktinath Mutual Fund 2 (MUKTINATH MUTUAL FUND 2) with a face value of Rs. 10/- per unit, amounting to a total of Rs. 1,00,00,00,000/- (in words, One Billion Rupees only), a minimum of 1,50,00,000 (in words, One Crore Fifty Lakh) units or minimum 15 (fifteen) percent of the total sold units, out of which 13 (thirteen) percent i.e. 1,30,00,000 (One Crore Thirty Lakh) units have been reserved for the Fund Sponsor company Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited and 2 (two) percent i.e. 20,00,000 (Twenty Lakh) units for the Scheme Manager company Muktinath Capital Limited, and the remaining minimum 8,50,00,000 (Eight Crore Fifty Lakh only) units were open for issue and sale from 2083 Ashwin 1 to 2083 Ashwin 6 (at the earliest). Since the required applications were not received as demanded, we hereby inform that the issue and sale will remain open until the latest date of 2083 Ashwin 15 as per the provision in Section 9, Sub-section 1 of the Prospectus. Furthermore, if applications exceeding the demand are received, this notice is published for the information of all concerned that the issue and sale may be closed on any day prior to 2083 Ashwin 15 by publishing a notice.

Maximum units to apply: 1,00,00,000 units
Payment to be made with application: At the rate of Rs. 10/- per unit.
