Notice Regarding Collection of Cash Dividend Older Than 5 Years

This notice is published for the purpose of Point 3(5) of Nepal Rastra Bank's Unified Directive No. 16/082 for the concerned shareholders or their legal heirs who have not come to collect the dividend even after five years from the date of dividend declaration by this Bank (including former United Finance Ltd. and former Nepal Bangladesh Bank Limited). Therefore, concerned shareholders or their legal heirs who have remaining unclaimed cash dividends passed by the Annual General Meeting(s) up to F.Y. 2076/77 completed more than 5 years ago are requested to contact the Bank's Share Registrar, Nabil Investment Banking Limited, Naxal, Narayan Chaur, Kathmandu as soon as possible.

P.S.: It is informed that the cash dividend up to F.Y. 2076/77 remaining to be collected by the concerned shareholders or their legal heirs, which has been deposited/credited into the "Investor Protection Fund" by the Bank, can also be claimed through the Bank's Share Registrar. It is also informed that the details of shareholders who have remaining cash dividends to be collected as mentioned above have been placed on this Bank's website. Furthermore, if shareholders have not collected or received the distributed cash dividend up to F.Y. 2080/81 of the Bank, they are also requested to contact the office of this Bank's Share Registrar and receive it.
