Notice regarding the dividend and unit holder register book close (Book Close) for schemes operating under Nabil Mutual Fund for the fiscal year 2082/83.

Nabil Bank Limited, as the Fund Sponsor, and Nabil Investment Banking Limited, as the Scheme Manager, hereby inform all concerned that the audit work for the fiscal year 2082/83 for the schemes operating under Nabil Mutual Fund has been completed, and the 123rd meeting of the Board of Directors held on Thursday, 2083/01/18 at 3:30 PM, has decided to distribute cash dividends to the unit holders of the aforementioned schemes for the fiscal year 2082/83 as follows:

Furthermore, for the purpose of distributing the said dividend, it is also informed through this notice that the unit holder register book (Book Close) for the aforementioned schemes will be closed for one day on Wednesday, 2083 Ashoj 07.

Only those unit holders whose units have been traded in the NEPSE system and properly registered within the stipulated period as per prevailing law, up to the day before the book close date, will be eligible to receive the above-mentioned dividend. Therefore, all concerned unit holders and purchasers are requested to register/transfer their units accordingly.
