नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट "घ" वर्गको इजाजतपत्र प्राप्त यस नेशनल लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडको देहाय बमोजिमका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले आ-आफ्नो नाममा रहेको निम्नानुसारको संस्थापक शेयर बिक्रीगर्न भनि संस्था समक्ष निवेदन पेश गर्नुभएकोमा संस्थाको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकबाट उक्त संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री सम्बन्धी आवश्यक प्रक्रिया अगाडी बढाउने निर्णय भएकोले उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक यस वित्तीय संस्थाका विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिन भित्र निवेदन पेश गर्नहुन यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ। उक्त म्याद भित्र विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुबाट शेयर खरिदको लागि कुनै आवेदन प्राप्त नभएमा नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकद्वारा जारी गरिएको एकीकृत निर्देशन तथा प्रचलित कानून बमोजिम अन्य इच्छुक सर्वसाधारणहरुलाई उक्त संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्ने सम्बन्धी आवश्यक प्रक्रिया अगाडी बढाउने व्यहोरा समेत जानकारीको लागि अनुरोध गरिन्छ।

Following promoter shareholders of National Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, licensed as a 'D' class institution by Nepal Rastra Bank, have submitted applications to the institution to sell the promoter shares registered in their names as listed below. As the Board of Directors' meeting has decided to proceed with the necessary process related to the sale of these promoter shares, existing promoter shareholders of this financial institution interested in purchasing these shares are requested to submit an application within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice. If no application for share purchase is received from existing promoter shareholders within the said period, it is requested to inform that the necessary process related to the sale of these promoter shares to other interested general public will be initiated as per the integrated directives issued by Nepal Rastra Bank and prevailing laws.
