नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट "घ" वर्गको इजाजतपत्रप्राप्त यस नेशनल लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडका देहाय बमोजिमका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूले आ-आफ्नो नाममा रहेको निम्नानुसारको संस्थापक शेयर बिक्रीगर्ने भनि संस्था समक्ष निवेदन पेश गर्नुभएकोमा संस्थाको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकबाट उक्त संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री सम्बन्धी आवश्यक प्रक्रिया अगाडी बढाउने निर्णय भए बमोजिम शेयर बिक्री सम्बन्धमा संस्थाका विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूको जानकारीको लागि ३५ दिने सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएकोमा तोकिएको मिति भित्र विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूबाट शेयर खरिद सम्बन्धी कुनै पनि आवेदन प्राप्त नभएकोले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकद्वारा जारी गरिएको एकीकृत निर्देशन तथा प्रचलित कानून बमोजिम उक्त शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक अन्य सर्वसाधारणहरूको समेत जानकारीको लागि पुनः यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ। अतः उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक महानुभावहरूले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले १० दिन भित्र संस्थाको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय बनेपा १०, काभ्रेपलाञ्चोकमा आवेदन पेश गर्नुहुन जानकारी गरिन्छ।

Public Notice Regarding Sale of Promoter Shares

As the following promoter shareholders of National Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, a "D" class licensed institution from Nepal Rastra Bank, have submitted applications to the institution to sell their promoter shares held in their respective names, and the Board of Directors meeting of the institution decided to proceed with the necessary process for the sale of the said promoter shares, a 35-day public notice was published for the information of the existing promoter shareholders of the institution. Since no applications for purchasing the shares were received from the existing promoter shareholders within the specified date, this notice is published again for the information of other general public interested in purchasing the said shares in accordance with the unified directives issued by Nepal Rastra Bank and prevailing laws. Therefore, interested individuals wishing to purchase the said promoter shares are requested to submit their applications to the institution's Central Office, Banepa 10, Kavrepalanchowk within 10 days from the date of publication of this notice.
