यस नेशनल लाईफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेडको तपशिल बमोजिमको संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्नो स्वामित्वमा रहेको तपशिल बमोजिमको संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्न ईच्छुक भै यस कम्पनी समक्ष निवेदन दिनु भएकोमा श्री नेपाल बीमा प्राधिकरणबाट जारी "बीमकको संस्थापक शेयर कारोबार सम्बन्धी निर्देशिका, २०७७" मा उल्लेख गरिएको व्यवस्था बमोजिम संस्थापक शेयर खरिद बिक्रीमा विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीलाई प्राथमिकता दिनु पर्ने भएकोले उक्त शेयर खरिद गर्न योग्य इच्छुक विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूले यो सूचना प्रकाशित मितिले ३५ (पैंतीस) दिन भित्र यस नेशनल लाईफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेडको प्रधान कार्यालय लाजिम्पाट २, काठमाडौंमा आइपुग्ने गरि आवेदन दिनु हुन यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । बिक्री गरिने संस्थापक शेयरको बिक्री मूल्य नियमानुसार हुने प्रचलित मूल्य भन्दा कम हुने छैन । साथै उल्लेखित म्याद भित्र विद्यमान संस्थापकहरूले शेयर खरिदको लागि नियमानुसार आवेदन नदिएको खण्डमा प्रचलित नियमानुसार अन्य व्यक्ति/संस्थालाई बिक्री गर्ने सम्बन्धी आवश्यक कारवाही अघि बढाउने व्यहोरा समेत सबैको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।

Urgent 35-Day Notice Regarding Sale of Promoter Shares
As the promoter shareholder of National Life Insurance Company Limited, as detailed below, has submitted an application to this company expressing the desire to sell the promoter shares under their ownership, and in accordance with the provisions mentioned in the "Directive on Insurer's Promoter Share Transaction, 2077" issued by the Nepal Insurance Authority, priority must be given to existing promoter shareholders for the purchase and sale of promoter shares; therefore, eligible and interested existing promoter shareholders are requested to submit their applications to reach the head office of National Life Insurance Company Limited at Lazimpat 2, Kathmandu, within 35 (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice. The selling price of the promoter shares to be sold shall not be less than the prevailing price as per the rules. Furthermore, if the existing promoters do not apply for the purchase of shares within the specified period as per the rules, this notice is published to inform everyone that necessary procedures will be initiated to sell the shares to other individuals/institutions in accordance with the prevailing rules.
