यस नेशनल लाईफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनीबाट जारी विभिन्न बीमा योजना अन्तर्गत नियमानुसारको पूर्ण अवधि भुक्तानी दावी / आंशिक दावी भुक्तानी / चुका भुक्तानी मूल्य रकम नलिइ सक्नु भएका बीमित / हकवालाहरुले आवश्यक कागजात सहित यस कम्पनीको नजिकको शाखा कार्यालयमा सम्पर्क गरी आफ्नो बीमालेख अनुसारको उक्त रकम यथाशिघ्र प्राप्त गर्न अनुरोध गरिन्छ ।
Extremely Urgent Notice Regarding Collection of Claim Payment and Paid-Up Value (Paid-Up) Amount
Insured persons/beneficiaries who have not yet collected the full term payment claim / partial claim payment / paid-up value amount as per the rules under various insurance schemes issued by National Life Insurance Company are requested to contact the nearest branch office of this company with the necessary documents and receive the said amount as soon as possible according to their insurance policy.
