हकदावी सम्बन्धी ३५ दिने सूचना
यस बैंकका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरु मध्येको श्री रेशम बहादुर थापाको मिति २०८३/०२/२८ मा मृत्यु भएको जानकारी निजका हकवालाले दिएको हुँदा निजको नाममा कायम रहेको संस्थापक शेयर ३,३३,७४७ कित्ता हकवाला श्रीमती भोज माया थापाको नाममा नामसारी गरि पाउं भनी रितपूर्वक निवेदन पेश गरेको हुँदा सो माथी कसैको हकदावी लाग्ने भए यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिन भित्र स-प्रमाण सहित यस बैंकको शेयर रजिष्ट्रारको कार्यालय आईटी प्लाजा, कमलादी, काठमाण्डौमा हकदावी गर्न आउनुहोला ।
अन्यथा उक्त मिति पछि सो शेयरहरु आवश्यक प्रक्रिया पुरा गरी निवेदनमा माग भए बमोजिमका हकवालाको नाममा नामसारी गरिने व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । म्याद पछि तथा रितपूर्वक प्राप्त नभएको निवेदन उपर कुनै कारवाही हुने छैन ।
35-Day Notice Regarding Claim / Ownership
As the heir of Mr. Resham Bahadur Thapa, one of the promoter shareholders of this Bank, has informed that he passed away on 2083/02/28 and has duly submitted an application requesting the transfer of 3,33,747 units of promoter shares registered under his name to the heir, Mrs. Bhoj Maya Thapa; anyone having any claim or title over the said shares is hereby requested to submit their claim along with evidence to this Bank's Share Registrar Office at IT Plaza, Kamaladi, Kathmandu within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice.
Otherwise, this notice is published to inform all concerned that upon completion of the necessary procedures after the said deadline, the shares will be transferred to the name of the heir as requested in the application. Any application received after the deadline or not submitted duly will not be entertained.
