संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न चाहनु हुने महानुभावहरुलाई जरुरी सूचना
यस बैंकका संस्थापक शेयरधनी कम्पनी महालक्ष्मी इन्भेष्टमेण्ट प्रा.लि.का शेयरधनी श्री सुनिल बहादुर थापाज्यूले निजको नाममा रहेको संस्थापक शेयरहरु बिक्री गर्ने ईच्छा राखी निवेदन दिनु भएको र उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिन ईच्छुक हाल कायम यस बैंकका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई नै प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको विद्यमान व्यवस्था रहेकोले संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि प्रथम पटक मिति २०८०/०१/३० गते कारोवार दैनिकमा ३५ दिने सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएकोमा उक्त समयावधि भित्र विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुबाट कुनै लिखित जानकारी पेश हुन नआएको हुँदा नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको निर्देशनमा भएको व्यवस्था बमोजिम संस्थापक शेयरधनी बाहेक अन्य व्यक्ति/संस्थाले खरिद गर्ने ईच्छा भएमा यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ७ दिन भित्र यस बैंकको शेयर रजिष्ट्रारको कार्यालय आईटी प्लाजा, कमलादी, काठमाडौंमा निवेदन दिन सूचित गरिन्छ।
Urgent Notice to Persons Interested in Purchasing Promoter Shares
Since Mr. Sunil Bahadur Thapa, a shareholder of Mahalaxmi Investment Pvt. Ltd. (a promoter shareholder company of this bank), submitted an application expressing his desire to sell the promoter shares held in his name, and as per the existing provisions of Nepal Rastra Bank, priority must be given to the existing promoter shareholders of this bank who are willing to purchase the said promoter shares, a 35-day public notice was published for the first time in Karobar Daily on 2080/01/30 for the information of promoter shareholders; however, as no written information was received from existing promoter shareholders within the said period, as per the directives of Nepal Rastra Bank, if any person/institution other than promoter shareholders wishes to purchase, they are informed to submit an application within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice to this bank's Share Registrar's Office, IT Plaza, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
