अन्यथा, ५ वर्षसम्म पनि कुनै लगानीकर्ताको दावी प्रस्तुत हुन नआएको लाभांश रकम नेपाल सरकार, उद्योग, वाणिज्य तथा आपूर्ति मन्त्रालय कम्पनी रजिष्ट्रारको कार्यालय अन्तर्गत रहेको लगानीकर्ता संरक्षण कोषको सचिवालयमा उक्त लाभांश रकम दाखिला (जम्मा) गरिने व्यहोरा यसै सूचना मार्फत जानकारी गराउँदछौं ।
साथै नगद लाभांश सम्बन्धी अन्य जानकारीको लागि यस बैंकको शेयर रजिष्ट्रार एनआइएमबि एस क्यापिटल लि. लाजिम्पाट काठमाडौं, वा शाखा कार्यालयहरुः आइटी प्लाजा, कमलादी, लगनखेल, विराटनगर, वीरगञ्ज, पोखरा तथा बुटवलमा र यस बैंकका आफूलाई पायक पर्ने कुनै पनि शाखा कार्यालयमा सम्पर्क गर्नहुन अनुरोध गर्दछौं ।
Otherwise, if no claim is presented by any investor for up to 5 years, the said dividend amount will be deposited into the Investor Protection Fund Secretariat under the Office of the Company Registrar, Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, Government of Nepal, and this notice serves to inform you of this matter.
For other information regarding cash dividends, shareholders are requested to contact the bank's share registrar, NIMB ACE Capital Ltd., Lazimpat, Kathmandu, or its branch offices at IT Plaza, Kamaladi, Lagankhel, Biratnagar, Birgunj, Pokhara, and Butwal, or any other branch office of this bank that is convenient for them.
