संस्थापक शेयर बिक्रीका सम्बन्धमा साविकका संस्थापकहरूका लागि जारी गरिएको ३५ दिने सूचना
नेपाल लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेडका तपसिलमा उल्लिखित संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफूले धारण गरेको शेयर बिक्री गर्न इच्छुक रही निवेदन पेश गर्नुभएको हुँदा बीमकको संस्थापक शेयर कारोबार सम्बन्धी निर्देशिका, २०७७ को निर्देशन नं. ११ बमोजिम खरिद गर्न इच्छुक संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूका लागि यो ३५ दिने सूचना जारी गरिएको छ।
साविकका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूले उक्त शेयर खरिद गर्न चाहेमा यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिनभित्र नेपाल लाइफ क्यापिटलको कार्यालय, नेपाल लाइफ भवन, कमलपोखरीमा निवेदन पेश गर्नुहुन जानकारी गराइन्छ।
उक्त समयावधिसम्ममा कुनै निवेदन पेश हुन नआएमा कानून बमोजिम हुने व्यहोरा समेत अवगत गराइन्छ।

35-Day Notice Issued to Existing Promoters Regarding the Sale of Promoter Shares
As the promoter shareholder of Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited mentioned in the details below has submitted an application expressing desire to sell the shares held by them, this 35-day notice has been issued for the existing promoter shareholders interested in purchasing them in accordance with Directive No. 11 of the Directives Related to Promoter Share Transactions of Insurers, 2077.
Existing promoter shareholders wishing to purchase the said shares are informed to submit an application to the office of Nepal Life Capital, Nepal Life Bhawan, Kamalpokhari within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice.
If no application is received within the said period, the process will proceed in accordance with the law.
