शेयरधनी/ लगानीकर्ता महानुभावहरूलाई लाभांश/ फिर्ता लिनुपर्ने रकम संकलन/दावी गर्न आउने बारे सूचना
यस बैंकको विभिन्न साधारण सभाहरूबाट (आ.व. २०५२/५३ देखि आ.व. २०७६/७७ सम्म) पारित नगद लाभांश पाँच वर्षको अवधि समाप्त भईसक्दा समेत केही शेयरधनी महानुभावहरूले संकलन गर्न नआउनु भएको तथा बैंकको प्रारम्भिक सार्वजनिक निष्काशन (आईपिओ), थप सार्वजनिक निष्काशन (एफपिओ) र हकप्रद निष्काशन एवं लिलाम बढाबढ (हकप्रद शेयर बापत सम्पूर्ण शेयर बिक्री हुन नसकी बाँकी रहेका शेयरका लागि) को समयमा शेयर खरीदका लागि आवेदन पेश भई शेयर बाँडफाँड गर्दा आशिंक रुपमा शेयर परेको वा शेयर नपरेको कारणले लगानी गर्न प्रवाह भएको रकम मध्ये फिर्ता बुझिलिनुपर्ने रकम केही लगानीकर्ता महानुभावहरूले पाँच वर्षको अवधि समाप्त भईसक्दा समेत संकलन गर्न नआउनु भएकाले उक्त लाभांश/ फिर्ता लिनुपर्ने लगानी रकम कम्पनी ऐन २०६३ को दफा १८२ (१) तथा दफा १८३ (१) एवं लगानीकर्ता संरक्षण कोष व्यवस्थापन तथा संचालन कार्यविधि, २०७३ बमोजिम लगानीकर्ता संरक्षण कोषमा दाखिला गरिसकिएको बेहोरा जानकारी गराउँदै सो सम्बन्धी विवरण यस बैंकको वेवसाईट https://nsbl.statebank मा प्रकाशित गरिएको बेहोरा जानकारी गराउँदछौँ ।
उल्लिखित पाँच वर्षको अवधि सम्म पनि संकलन/दावी नभएको लाभांश/फिर्ता लिनुपर्ने लगानी रकम तथा आ.व. २०७६/७७ पश्चात् बैंकको साधारण सभाबाट पारित लाभांश समेत संकलन/दावीका लागि सम्बन्धित शेयरधनी/ लगानीकर्ता महानुभावहरूलाई यस बैंकको शेयर रजिष्ट्रार नेपाल एसबिआई मर्चेन्ट बैंकिङ्ग लिमिटेड, कमलादी, काठमाडौँमा सम्पर्क राख्नु हुन अनुरोध गर्दछौँ ।
Notice regarding collection/claim of dividend/refund amounts for shareholders/investors
This is to inform that cash dividends passed by various Annual General Meetings of this bank (from F.Y. 2052/53 to F.Y. 2076/77) remaining uncollected by some shareholders even after the completion of five years, as well as refund amounts to be collected by some investors due to partial allotment or non-allotment of shares applied for purchase during Initial Public Offering (IPO), Further Public Offering (FPO), and Rights Issue & Auction (for remaining unsold rights shares) after the completion of five years, have been deposited into the Investor Protection Fund pursuant to Section 182 (1) and Section 183 (1) of the Companies Act, 2063 and the Investor Protection Fund Management and Operation Procedure, 2073, and details regarding the same have been published on this bank's website https://nsbl.statebank.
Respective shareholders/investors are requested to contact this bank's Share Registrar, Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited, Kamaladi, Kathmandu for the collection/claim of the dividend/refund investment amount not collected/claimed up to the mentioned five-year period, as well as dividends passed by the bank's General Meeting after F.Y. 2076/77.
