यस वित्तीय संस्थाको तपशिलमा उल्लेखित संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्न सञ्चालक समिति मार्फत आवेदन दिनु भएकोले सो संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न यस वित्तीय संस्थाका विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । उक्त संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिन भित्र यस वित्तीय संस्थाको कर्पोरेट कार्यालय मध्यपुर थिमी नगरपालिका-१ लोकन्थली भक्तपुरमा लिखित जानकारी गराउनु हुन अनुरोध गरिन्छ । तोकिएको समयावधि भित्र विद्यमान संस्थापकहरुबाट शेयर खरिद गर्ने सम्बन्धमा कुनै लिखित जानकारी प्राप्त हुन नआएमा बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था सम्बन्धी ऐन २०७३, नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको एकीकृत निर्देशन तथा अन्य प्रचलित कानून बमोजिम शेयर बिक्री प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढाईने व्यहोरा समेत यसै सूचना मार्फत जानकारी गराईन्छ ।

This notice has been published for the information of the existing promoter shareholders of this financial institution, as the promoter shareholders mentioned in the details below have applied through the Board of Directors to sell the promoter shares registered in their name. The said promoter shareholders are requested to provide written information within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice at the corporate office of this financial institution located at Lokanthali, Madhyapur Thimi Municipality-1, Bhaktapur. It is also informed through this notice that if no written information is received from the existing promoters regarding the purchase of shares within the stipulated period, the share sale process will be initiated as per the Bank and Financial Institutions Act 2073, Nepal Rastra Bank's integrated directives, and other prevailing laws.
