This notice is published for the information of existing promoter shareholders of this financial institution as the promoter shareholder mentioned in the details below has submitted an application through the Board of Directors to sell the promoter shares registered in their name. Existing promoter shareholders of this institution are requested to provide written notice within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice at the institution's Corporate Office, Madhyapur Thimi Municipality-1, Lokanthali, Bhaktapur. If no written information regarding the purchase of shares is received from existing promoters within the specified period, it is also informed through this notice that the share sale process will be proceeded in accordance with the Bank and Financial Institutions Act, 2073, Unified Directives of Nepal Rastra Bank, and other prevailing laws.
