यस एन आई सी एशिया क्यापिटल लिमिटेड योजना व्यवस्थापक रही संचालन भई रहेको पहिलो खुलामुखी योजना एन आई सी एशिया डाईनामिक डेप्ट फण्ड (NIC ASIA Dynamic Debt Fund - NICADF)) को आकार हाल कायम रु.२ अर्बबाट वृद्धि गरि रु.४ अर्ब कायम गर्न नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट मिति २०८१/०३/०३ गते स्वीकृति प्राप्त भएको व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैमा जानकारी गराइन्छ । उक्त एन आई सी एशिया डाईनामिक डेप्ट फण्डको मिति २०८१/०१/१९ गतेको आर्थिक अभियान राष्ट्रिय दैनिकमा सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाशित गरी इकाई बाँडफाँड स्थगित गरिएकोमा मिति २०८१/०३/०३ गते नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट योजनाको आकार वृद्धि गर्न स्वीकृति प्राप्त भएकोले नयाँ इकाई खरिद गर्न तथा Systematic Investment Plan-SIP मार्फत प्राप्त भएको रकम वापतको इकाई पुनः बाँडफाँड गर्न सुचारु गरिएको व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैमा जानकारी गराइन्छ । साथै उक्त एन आई सी एशिया डाईनामिक डेप्ट फण्डको थप इकाई खरिद गर्न तथा Systematic Investment Plan-SIP मा दर्ता गर्न समेत पुनः सुचारु गरिएको व्यहोरा समेत जानकारी गराइँदछ ।
नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट स्वीकृत थप योजनाको इकाई डिम्याट एण्ड क्लियरिङ्ग लिमिटेडमा अभौतिकीकरणको लागि दर्ता भए पश्चात बाँडफाँड भएको इकाई सम्बन्धी इकाईधनीको हितग्राही खातामा जम्मा गरिदिने व्यवस्था मिलाईने व्यहोरा समेत यसै सूचना मार्फत जानकारीका लागि अनुरोध छ ।

NIC ASIA Dynamic Debt Fund
Regarding the increase of the scheme size from Rs. 2 billion to Rs. 4 billion
This is to inform all concerned that the size of NIC ASIA Dynamic Debt Fund (NIC ASIA Dynamic Debt Fund - NICADF), the first open-ended scheme managed by NIC ASIA Capital Limited, has been approved by Nepal Securities Board on 2081/03/03 to be increased from the current Rs. 2 billion to Rs. 4 billion. It is also informed to all concerned that the allotment of units, which was postponed after the public notice published in Aarthik Abhiyan National Daily on 2081/01/19, has now been resumed for new unit purchases and for the allotment of units against amounts received through Systematic Investment Plan-SIP, following the approval from Nepal Securities Board on 2081/03/03 to increase the scheme size. Furthermore, it is informed that the purchase of additional units of NIC ASIA Dynamic Debt Fund and registration for Systematic Investment Plan-SIP have also been resumed.
It is also requested through this notice to arrange for the units of additional schemes approved by Nepal Securities Board, after being dematerialized and registered with CDS and Clearing Limited, to be credited to the beneficiary accounts of the unit holders.
