संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री सम्बन्धी ३५ दिने सूचना
यस बैंकका ५ जना संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको १,७४,८८७ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर आंशिक वा पुरै बिक्री गर्न आवश्यक स्वीकृति पाउँ भनी बैंकमा निवेदन गर्नु भएको र संस्थापक समूहको शेयर बिक्री गर्दा विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई नै पहिलो प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने र यसरी खरिद बिक्री हुन नसकेको अवस्थामा मात्र अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई सो शेयर खरिद बिक्री गर्नुपर्ने नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको निर्देशन भए बमोजिम बैंकका सम्पूर्ण संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।
तसर्थ, विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीले उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिन इच्छुक भएमा यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिन भित्र के-कति रकममा खरिद गर्ने हो सो समेत खुलाइ यस बैंकको शेयर रजिष्ट्रारको कार्यालय आईटी प्लाजा, कमलादी, काठमाण्डौमा निवेदन दिनु हुन अनुरोध गर्दछौं । सो म्याद भित्र विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीको निवेदन प्राप्त हुन नआएमा प्रचलित नियमानुसार अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई उक्त शेयरहरु खरिद बिक्री गर्न आवश्यक कारवाही अघि बढाइने व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैलाई जानकारी गराइन्छ । विस्तृत जानकारीको लागि बैंकको शेयर विभाग, केन्द्रीय कार्यालयमा सम्पर्क गर्नहुन सुचित गरिन्छ ।
35-Day Notice Regarding Sale of Promoter Shares
This notice has been published for the information of all promoter shareholders of the bank in accordance with the directives of Nepal Rastra Bank, which state that when selling shares of the promoter group, first priority must be given to existing promoter shareholders, and only if not purchased/sold in this manner, such shares may be sold to other individuals or institutions, as 5 promoter shareholders of this bank have submitted an application requesting necessary approval to sell partially or fully the 1,74,887 promoter shares registered in their names.
Therefore, if existing promoter shareholders are interested in purchasing the aforementioned promoter shares, they are requested to submit an application specifying the rate/price at which they wish to purchase, within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice, to this bank's Share Registrar Office at IT Plaza, Kamaladi, Kathmandu. If no application is received from existing promoter shareholders within the specified deadline, all concerned are hereby informed that necessary procedures will be moved forward to sell the said shares to other individuals or institutions as per prevailing rules.
