यस एनएमबि बैंकका संस्थापक शेयरधनी श्री कमल सिंह भाटले आफ्नो नाममा कायम रहेको २४,१५५ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्नका लागि निवेदन दिनु भएकोमा संस्थापक शेयर खरिद बिक्री गर्दा बैंकका अन्य विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूलाई प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने व्यवस्था भए बमोजिम संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूको जानकारीका लागि संचालक समितिको बैठकले सूचना प्रकाशित गर्ने निर्णय गरे अनुसार संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूले आजको मितिले ३५ (पैंतीस) दिन भित्र आवश्यक कागजात संलग्न गरी कम्पनी सचिवको कार्यालय, बबरमहल, काठमाडौँमा निवेदन दिनुहुन अनुरोध गर्दछौं । उपरोक्त समयभित्र विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूबाट शेयर खरिद गर्ने निवेदन प्राप्त भएमा खरिदकर्ता र बिक्रीकर्ताको आपसी सहमतिमा खरिद बिक्री गर्ने र कुनै निवेदन प्राप्त नभएमा प्रचलित नियमानुसार अन्य व्यक्ति/संस्थालाई संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्न आवश्यक कारबाही अगाडी बढाईने व्यहोरा समेत सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीका लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।
Notice to Promoter Shareholders wishing to purchase Promoter Shares.

As the promoter shareholder of NMB Bank, Mr. Kamal Singh Bhat, has submitted an application to sell 24,155 units of promoter shares held in his name, and in accordance with the provision that priority must be given to other existing promoter shareholders of the bank when buying and selling promoter shares, the Board of Directors' meeting decided to publish this notice for the information of the promoter shareholders. Therefore, existing promoter shareholders interested in purchasing the promoter shares are requested to submit an application along with the necessary documents to the Company Secretary's Office, Babarmahal, Kathmandu within 35 (thirty-five) days from today's date. If applications for purchasing shares are received from existing promoter shareholders within the above-mentioned period, the purchase and sale will be conducted by mutual agreement between the buyer and the seller. If no application is received, this notice is published to inform all concerned that necessary actions will be taken to sell the promoter shares to other individuals/institutions in accordance with the prevailing rules.
