एनएमबि फिफ्टी योजनाको खारेजी गर्ने सम्बन्धी सूचना

एनएमबि बैंक लिमिटेड कोष प्रवर्द्धक रही यस एनएमबि क्यापिटल लिमिटेड योजना व्यवस्थापक रहेको एनएमबि म्युचुअल फण्ड अन्तर्गत संचालित एनएमबि फिफ्टी यही मिति २०८३/०५/१२ गते परिपक्व हुन लागेको जानकारी गराइन्छ । सामूहिक लगानी कोष नियमावली, २०६७ को नियम ३१ को उपनियम १ (क) बमोजिम योजनाको अवधि समाप्त भएमा योजना खारेजीमा लैजानुपर्ने व्यवस्था रहेको र खारेजीमा लैजाने क्रममा सोही नियमको उपनियम ६ बमोजिम नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डलाई मिति २०८३/०४/११ गतेको पत्रबाट योजनाको खारेजी सम्बन्धमा जानकारी गराइसकेको तथा नियम ३१ को उपनियम ७ बमोजिम योजना खारेजी सूचना प्रकाशन गरेपछि योजनाको कारोबार गर्न गराउन नहुने व्यवस्था भएकाले नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज लिमिटेडमा मिति २०८३/०५/१० गते बुधबारका दिन कारोबार गरी कायम हुने इकाईधनीहरुले मात्र योजनाको खारेजी पश्चात्को प्रतिफल प्राप्तिको लागि योग्य हुने व्यहोरा जानकारी गराउँदै सो मिति पश्चात् योजनाको इकाईहरु कारोबार नहुने व्यहोरा समेत यसै सूचना मार्फत जानकारी गराइन्छ ।
“एनएमबि फिफ्टी” खारेजी पश्चात् सोही नियमावलीको नियम ३२ को उपनियम ३ को व्यवस्था बमोजिम योजना अन्तर्गतको सम्पत्तिलाई नगदमा परिणत गरी इकाईधनीहरुलाई उनीहरुको स्वामित्वको आधारमा भुक्तानी दिनुपर्ने व्यवस्था रहेकोले प्रचलित कानून तथा नियामकिय प्रक्रिया पूरा गरी इकाईधनीहरुलाई फिर्ता भुक्तानी गरिनेछ । यस क्रममा आवश्यकता अनुसार सार्वजनिक रुपमा पछि सूचना प्रकाशित गरी इकाईधनीहरुलाई जानकारी गराइनेछ ।
साथै, विगतमा वितरण गरिएको नगद लाभांश लिन बाँकी इकाईधनीहरुले आफ्नो बैंक खाता अद्यावधिक गरी तथा इकाई धितो बन्धकी राखेको हकमा इकाई फुकुवा गरी सो को फुकुवा पत्र (Release Letter) यथाशीघ्र यस कार्यालयमा पेश गर्नुहुन अनुरोध गरिन्छ ।
नोट : यस योजना २०८३/०५/१२ मा परिपक्व हुने भएकाले सो मिति पश्चात् यस योजनाका इकाईधनीहरुले Meroshare मा आफ्नो WACC अद्यावधिक गर्नुहुन हार्दिक अनुरोध गर्दछौं ।

Notice Regarding Liquidation of NMB Fifty Scheme

It is hereby informed that NMB Fifty, operated under NMB Mutual Fund with NMB Bank Limited as the Fund Sponsor and NMB Capital Limited as the Scheme Manager, is set to mature on 2083/05/12. As per Rule 31, Sub-rule 1 (a) of the Mutual Fund Regulations, 2067, a scheme must be taken into liquidation upon the expiry of its term; and in the process of liquidation, the Securities Board of Nepal has already been informed regarding the liquidation of the scheme via letter dated 2083/04/11 pursuant to Sub-rule 6 of the same Rule. Furthermore, as per Rule 31, Sub-rule 7, trading of the scheme must not be conducted once the notice of liquidation is published. Therefore, it is hereby notified that only unit holders maintained through trading in Nepal Stock Exchange Limited until Wednesday, 2083/05/10 will be eligible to receive returns following the liquidation of the scheme, and no trading of units of the scheme will take place after that date.
Following the liquidation of "NMB Fifty", as per the provision under Rule 32, Sub-rule 3 of the said Regulations, the assets under the scheme will be converted into cash and paid to unit holders on the basis of their ownership after completing the prevailing legal and regulatory procedures. In this regard, unit holders will be informed through subsequent public notices as per necessity.
In addition, unit holders who are yet to collect past cash dividends are requested to update their bank accounts, and in case units are pledged/mortgaged, have them released and submit the Release Letter to this office as soon as possible.
Note: As this scheme is maturing on 2083/05/12, unit holders of this scheme are cordially requested to update their WACC in Meroshare after that date.
