छैटौं वार्षिक साधारण सभाको मिति परिवर्तन सम्बन्धी सूचना
यस कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिको पूर्व निर्णय बमोजिम मिति २०८१ साल भदौ १५ गते, सोमबार आयोजना गर्ने गरी आव्हान गरिएको कम्पनीको छैटौं वार्षिक साधारण सभा हाल विद्यमान असहज परिस्थिति तथा देशको समग्र अवस्थालाई दृष्टिगत गर्दै शेयरधनी, सञ्चालक तथा अन्य सरोकारवालाहरूको आवागमन, सहभागिता तथा सुरक्षालाई समेत ध्यानमा राखी स्थगित गरिएको व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सम्पूर्ण शेयरधनीहरूमा जानकारी गराइन्छ ।
अतः स्थगित भएको कम्पनीको छैटौं वार्षिक साधारण सभा सञ्चालक समितिको मिति २०८१ साल भदौ १४ गतेको निर्णय अनुसार मिति २०८१ साल भदौ २६ गते, शुक्रबार, दिनको १२:३० बजे, काठमाडौं मेरियट होटल, काठमाडौंमा आयोजना हुने व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सम्पूर्ण शेयरधनीहरूलाई यसै सूचनामार्फत जानकारी गराइन्छ ।
यसअघि प्रकाशित साधारण सभाको सूचनामा उल्लेखित सम्पूर्ण एजेण्डाहरू यथावत् रहनेछन् । सम्बन्धित सम्पूर्ण शेयरधनीहरूको जानकारीका लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।

Notice Regarding Change of Date of 6th Annual General Meeting
All concerned shareholders are hereby informed that the company's 6th Annual General Meeting, which was called to be held on Monday, Bhadra 15, 2081 as per the prior decision of this company's Board of Directors, has been postponed considering the current uneasy situation and overall condition of the country, and keeping in view the movement, participation, and safety of shareholders, directors, and other stakeholders.
Therefore, all concerned shareholders are hereby notified through this notice that the postponed 6th Annual General Meeting of the company will be held on Friday, Bhadra 26, 2081 at 12:30 PM at Kathmandu Marriott Hotel, Kathmandu, pursuant to the decision of the Board of Directors dated Bhadra 14, 2081.
All agendas mentioned in the previously published Annual General Meeting notice shall remain unchanged. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned shareholders.
