गरिमा सुवर्ण योजना (Garima Subarna Yojana) का इकाईहरूको नियमित बिक्री, पुनर्खरिद तथा अनलाइन दर्ता एवं कारोबार प्रणाली सञ्चालन सम्बन्धी सूचना

धितोपत्र सम्बन्धी ऐन, २०६३ तथा सामूहिक लगानी कोष नियमावली, २०६७ बमोजिम नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डमा दर्ता भई गरिमा विकास बैंक लिमिटेडको प्रवर्द्धन तथा गरिमा क्यापिटल लिमिटेडको व्यवस्थापनमा सञ्चालित सामूहिक लगानी कोष “गरिमा म्युचुअल फण्ड” अन्तर्गतको पहिलो खुलामुखी योजना “गरिमा सुवर्ण योजना (Garima Subarna Yojana)” मा सहभागी हुन इच्छुक लगानीकर्ताहरूलाई सहज, सुरक्षित तथा प्रविधिमैत्री सेवा उपलब्ध गराउने उद्देश्यले मिति २०८१ साल श्रावण २६ गते मङ्गलबारदेखि योजनाका इकाईहरूको नियमित बिक्री, पुनर्खरिद तथा अनलाइन दर्ता एवं कारोबार प्रणाली सञ्चालनमा ल्याइएको बेहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीका लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।
अनलाइन प्रणालीमार्फत उपलब्ध हुने सुविधाहरू :
- इकाई खरिदका लागि आवेदन तथा रकम भुक्तानी (Lump–sum Investment and Payment)
- व्यवस्थित लगानी योजना दर्ता (Systematic Investment Plan – SIP Registration)
- व्यवस्थित लगानी योजनाको किस्ता भुक्तानी (SIP Installment Payment)
- लाभांश पुनः लगानी योजना दर्ता (Dividend Reinvestment Plan – DRIP Registration)
- प्रणालीको दर्ता, लगइन तथा प्रोफाइल व्यवस्थापन (Registration, Login and Profile Management)
- इकाई पुनर्खरिद, SIP संशोधन तथा SIP रद्द (Unit Redemption, SIP Amendment and Cancellation)

This notice is published for the information of all concerned that with the objective of providing convenient, secure, and technology-friendly services to interested investors wishing to participate in "Garima Subarna Yojana", the first open-ended scheme under "Garima Mutual Fund", registered with the Securities Board of Nepal under the Securities Act, 2063 and Collective Investment Scheme Regulations, 2067, promoted by Garima Bikas Bank Limited and managed by Garima Capital Limited, the regular sale, unit redemption, online registration, and transaction system operation of the scheme's units have been brought into operation with effect from Tuesday, Shrawan 26, 2081.
Facilities available through the online system:
1. Application and payment for unit purchase (Lump–sum Investment and Payment)
2. Systematic Investment Plan Registration (Systematic Investment Plan – SIP Registration)
3. Systematic Investment Plan installment payment (SIP Installment Payment)
4. Dividend Reinvestment Plan Registration (Dividend Reinvestment Plan – DRIP Registration)
5. System registration, login, and profile management (Registration, Login and Profile Management)
6. Unit redemption, SIP amendment, and SIP cancellation (Unit Redemption, SIP Amendment and Cancellation)
In addition to the facilities mentioned above, other online services will be added gradually. All services related to the scheme can also be obtained by visiting the office of the scheme manager Garima Capital Limited located at Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu, as well as branch offices of Garima Bikas Bank Limited spread across the country.
