हकदावी सम्बन्धी ३५ दिने अत्यन्त जरुरी सूचना
यस कम्पनीले शेयर रजिष्ट्रारको कार्य गरिरहेका तपसिल बमोजिम विवरण भएका कम्पनीको शेयरधनीको मृत्यु भएको जानकारी निजका हकवालाले दिएको हुँदा निजको नाममा कायम रहेको शेयरहरु निजको हकवालाको नाममा नामसारी गरि पाउँ भनी रितपूर्वक निवेदन पेश गरेको हुँदा सो माथि कसैको हकदावी लाग्ने भए यो सूचना प्रकाशित मितिले ३५ (पैत्तिस) दिनभित्र स-प्रमाण सहित श्री नबिल इन्भेष्टमेन्ट बैंकिङ्ग लिमिटेड, नक्साल, काठमाण्डौमा निवेदन दिनु हुन अनुरोध गरिन्छ । अन्यथा उक्त मिति पछि सो शेयरहरु आवश्यक प्रकृया पूरा गरि निवेदनमा माग भए बमोजिमका हकवालाको हितग्राही खातामा जम्म गरिनेव्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको । म्याद पछि तथा रितपूर्वक प्राप्त नभएको निवेदन उपर कुनै कारवाही हुने छैन ।

Extremely Urgent 35-Day Notice Regarding Claim
As the legal heir has informed that the shareholder of the company detailed below, for which this company acts as the share registrar, has passed away and has submitted a formal application requesting the transfer of shares held in the deceased's name to the heir's name, anyone having any claim over the said shares is requested to submit an application along with evidence to Nabil Investment Banking Limited, Naxal, Kathmandu within 35 (thirty-five) days from the publication date of this notice. Otherwise, after the said date, the shares will be credited to the beneficiary account of the requesting heir following necessary procedures, and this notice is published for the information of all concerned. Applications received after the deadline or not duly submitted will not be processed.
