सामूहिक लगानी कोषहरूलाई बाँडफाँड भएको साधारण शेयरको लक-ईन अवधि समाप्ती सम्बन्धी सूचना
यस पाल्पा सिमेन्ट ईण्डस्ट्रिज लिमिटेडको जारी पूँजी रु. ३,७५,००,००,००० (अक्षरूपी तीन अर्ब पचहत्तर करोड) को २०% अर्थात् रु. ७५,००,००,००० रकम बराबरको रु. १०० अंकित दरको ७५,००,००० कित्ता साधारण शेयर सर्वसाधारणलाई छुट्टयाइएको मध्ये उद्योग प्रभावित क्षेत्र र खानी रहेको क्षेत्रका स्थानिय बासिन्दाहरुलाई जारी पूँजीको ५% अर्थात् १८,७५,००० कित्ता साधारण शेयर बाँडफाँड गरी बाँकी १५% अर्थात् ५६,२५,००० कित्ता साधारण शेयर को ५% अर्थात् २,८१,२५० कित्ता साधारण शेयर सामूहिक लगानी कोषहरूलाई बाँडफाँड भएकोमा नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट मिति २०८०/०७/२५ मा निर्देशन जारी भए बमोजिम बाँडफाँड गरिएको मितिले ६ (छ) महिना सम्ममा लक-ईन राख्नुपर्ने व्यवस्था बमोजिम लक-ईन मा राखिएको २,८१,२५० कित्ता शेयर मिति २०८३/०५/२८ गते पश्चात् लक-ईन अवधि समाप्त हुने व्यहोरा सम्पूर्ण लगानीकर्ता तथा सरोकारवालाहरुको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।
Notice Regarding Expiry of Lock-in Period for Ordinary Shares Allotted to Mutual Funds
This notice is published for the information of all investors and stakeholders that out of the ordinary shares allocated to the general public totaling 75,00,000 units with a face value of Rs. 100 each, equivalent to Rs. 75,00,00,000 which is 20% of the issued capital of Rs. 3,75,00,00,000 (In words: Three Billion Seven Hundred Fifty Million) of Palpa Cement Industries Limited, 5% of the issued capital i.e. 18,75,000 ordinary shares were allotted to the local residents of the industry-affected area and mining area, and out of the remaining 15% i.e. 56,25,000 ordinary shares, 5% i.e. 2,81,250 ordinary shares were allotted to mutual funds; as per the directives issued by the Securities Board of Nepal on date 2080/07/25 requiring shares to be kept under lock-in for a period of 6 (six) months from the date of allotment, the lock-in period for the 2,81,250 shares kept under lock-in will expire after date 2083/05/28.
