पोखरा फाइनान्स लिमिटेडको संस्थापक समूहको शेयर खरिद गर्न चाहनु हुने सर्वसाधारणहरुका नाममा जारी गरिएको सूचना
यस वित्तीय संस्थाका संस्थापक शेयरधनी मन बहादुर गुरुङले आफ्नो स्वामित्वमा रहेका संस्थापक शेयर १,६६,०५६.९४ र नारायणबाबु लोहनीले ५७,५११.१७ कित्ता शेयरहरु बिक्री गर्नको लागि यस वित्तीय संस्थाको सञ्चालक समिति समक्ष निवेदन पेश गर्नुभएको र विद्यमान प्रचलित ऐन कानून तथा नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको नीति निर्देशन बमोजिम संस्थापक शेयरहरु खरिद बिक्री गर्दा साविकका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने व्यवस्था भएको हुनाले यस संस्थाका संस्थापक समूहका सम्पूर्ण शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि ३५ दिने सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएकोमा वित्तीय संस्थाका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले उक्त समयसीमा भित्र संस्थापक शेयर खरिदको लागि आवेदन पेश नगरिएकोले उक्त संस्थापक शेयर सर्वसाधारण व्यक्ति वा संस्थाहरुलाई खरिदको लागि ७ दिने निवेदन प्रकाशित गरिएकोले इच्छुक महानुभाव तथा संस्थाहरुले ७ दिनभित्र यस वित्तीय संस्थाको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय कमलादी, काठमाण्डौ म.न.पा.२८ मा सम्पर्क राखी निवेदन दिनुहुन सूचित गरिन्छ ।
Notice issued to the general public wishing to purchase promoter group shares of Pokhara Finance Limited
As the promoter shareholders of this financial institution, Man Bahadur Gurung, has submitted an application to the Board of Directors of this financial institution to sell 1,66,056.94 units of promoter shares and Narayan Babu Lohani has submitted an application to sell 57,511.17 units of promoter shares owned by them, and as per the existing laws and Nepal Rastra Bank's policies and directives, priority must be given to the existing promoter shareholders when buying and selling promoter shares, a 35-day notice was published for the information of all shareholders of the promoter group of this institution. Since the promoter shareholders of the financial institution did not submit applications for the purchase of the said promoter shares within the said deadline, a 7-day application notice has been published for the purchase of the said promoter shares by general public individuals or institutions. Therefore, interested individuals and institutions are notified to submit their applications by contacting the Central Office of this financial institution at Kamaladi, Kathmandu Metropolitan City Ward No. 28 within 7 days.
