यस बैंकका तपसिल बमोजिमका संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्नो नाममा कायम संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्ने इच्छा गरी आवश्यक बन्दोबस्त गरिदिन बैंक समक्ष निवेदन गरेकाले शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक यस बैंकका विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीका लागि तपसिल बमोजिमको मितिमा राष्ट्रिय दैनिक पत्रिकामा ३५ दिने सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएकोमा विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले शेयर खरिद नगरेकाले तपसिल बमोजिमका संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनी वा विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनी बाहेकका व्यक्ति/संस्थाहरुले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले तोके बमोजिमको Fit & Proper Test को मापदण्ड पुरा हुने आवश्यक कागजात सहित यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले १५ दिनभित्र यस बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय बबरमहल, काठमाडौंमा शेयर खरिद गर्नका लागि निवेदन दिनुहुन सूचित गरिन्छ।

Prabhu Bank Limited: 15-Day Notice Published for Individuals/Institutions Interested in Purchasing Promoter Shares

Since the promoter shareholders of this bank, as per the details below, have applied to the bank expressing their desire to sell the promoter shares held in their names and requesting necessary arrangements, and a 35-day public notice was published in a national daily newspaper on the dates mentioned below for the information of existing promoter shareholders interested in purchasing shares, but the existing promoter shareholders did not purchase the shares, therefore, existing promoter shareholders or individuals/institutions other than existing promoter shareholders who are interested in purchasing the promoter shares as per the details below are hereby informed to submit an application to purchase shares along with necessary documents fulfilling the criteria of the Fit & Proper Test as specified by Nepal Rastra Bank, within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice, at the central office of this bank in Babarmahal, Kathmandu.
