यस बीमकका तपसिल बमोजिमका संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्नो नाममा कायम संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्ने निवेदन पेश गर्नु भएकोले, संस्थापक शेयर खरिद-बिक्री गर्दा विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूलाई प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने व्यवस्था भए बमोजिम यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । प्रस्तावित शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीले श्री नेपाल बीमा प्राधिकरणले तोके बमोजिमको Fit & Proper Test को मापदण्ड पूरा हुने आवश्यक कागजात सहित यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिन भित्र यस इन्स्योरेन्सको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, कमलादी, काठमाडौँमा निवेदन दिनुहुन सूचित गरिन्छ । उक्त म्यादभित्र प्रस्तावित शेयर खरिद गर्न विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूले निवेदन नदिएमा विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनी बाहेकका अन्य व्यक्ति/संस्थालाई शेयर बिक्री गर्ने सम्बन्धमा आवश्यक कारवाही अघि बढाइने व्यहोरा समेत यसै सूचनाद्वारा जानकारी गराइन्छ ।

35-Day Notice Regarding Sale of Promoter Shares

As the promoter shareholder of this insurer specified in the schedule below has submitted an application to sell the promoter shares held under their name, this notice has been published pursuant to the provision that priority must be given to existing promoter shareholders when buying/selling promoter shares. Existing promoter shareholders interested in purchasing the proposed shares are requested to submit an application along with the necessary documents fulfilling the Fit & Proper Test criteria prescribed by the Nepal Insurance Authority at the central office of this insurance, Kamaladi, Kathmandu within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice. If no application is received from the existing promoter shareholders to purchase the proposed shares within the specified period, it is also informed through this notice that necessary process will be initiated to sell the shares to persons/entities other than the existing promoter shareholders.
