प्रभु महालक्ष्मी लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स लिमिटेडका संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफूले धारण गरेको शेयरमध्ये १३,५६,६०० कित्ता बिक्री गर्न इच्छुक भई साविक संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूका लागि मिति २०८१/०१/१५ गतेको राष्ट्रिय आर्थिक दैनिक पत्रिकामा ३५ (पैंतीस) दिने सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएकोमा सो अवधिभित्र साविकका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूबाट कुनै पनि शेयर खरिदका लागि आवेदन नपरेकाले सर्वसाधारणका लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।
उक्त शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक सर्वसाधारण व्यक्ति वा संघ-संस्थाहरूले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ७ (सात) दिनभित्र नेपाल बीमा प्राधिकरणले तोकेबमोजिम (Fit & Proper Test) को मापदण्ड पूरा हुने आवश्यक कागजातहरू सहित यस कम्पनीको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, कमलादी, काठमाडौँमा निवेदन पेश गर्नुहुन जानकारी गराइन्छ।

Notice Issued to the General Public Regarding Sale of Promoter Shares
(Notice Published Date: 2081/05/07)
As promoter shareholders of Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited wished to sell 13,56,600 units of shares held by them, a 35 (thirty-five) day public notice was published in the Rastriya Aarthik daily newspaper on 2081/01/15 for existing promoter shareholders; however, since no applications were received from existing promoter shareholders to purchase any shares within that period, this notice is published for the general public.
Interested general individuals or institutions wishing to purchase the said shares are informed to submit an application along with the required documents meeting the (Fit & Proper Test) criteria specified by the Nepal Insurance Authority within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice at the company's central office, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
