प्राइम बैंक डिबेन्चर २०८३ को निष्काशन तथा बिक्री खुल्लाPrime Bank Debenture 2083: Issuance and Sale Open

Prime Commercial Bank Limited requests all concerned for information that the issuance and sale of “6.25% Prime Bank Debenture 2083” with a 10-year maturity period and an annual interest rate of 6.25 percent, with a face value of रु.1,000/- per debenture, totaling 30,00,000 units, out of which 18,00,000 units are for Private Placement and 12,00,000 units for the general public (including 60,000 units allotted to collective investment schemes at 5 percent), has been opened for the general public starting today, 2083/03/16, Tuesday.

Minimum debentures that can be applied for: 25 units

Maximum debentures that can be applied for: All units

Payment of रु.1,000/- per debenture is required along with the application.

Places to obtain and submit application forms:

1. The general public can apply through the C-ASBA (C-ASBA) system by using the “Mero Share” online software developed by CDS and Clearing Limited, available at banks and financial institutions participating in the C-ASBA service licensed by Nepal Securities Board, and their designated branch offices.

2. For debentures sold to organized institutions through Private Placement, buyers will be sought and distributed through mutual agreement between the issue manager and the issuing company.

Issuance open date : 2083/03/16 onwards

Issuance closing date (earliest) : 2083/03/19 (after banking hours)

Issuance closing date (latest) : 2083/03/30 (after banking hours)
