सार्वजनिक निष्काशन तथा बिक्री बन्द बारेको सूचना
राष्ट्रिय वाणिज्य बैंक लिमिटेडको ७ वर्ष अवधि तथा वार्षिक ६ प्रतिशत ब्याजदर भएको "6% RBBL Debenture 2089" नामक ऋणपत्र प्रति ऋणपत्र रु. १,०००/- अङ्कित मूल्यको ३० लाख कित्ताले हुन आउने रु. ३ अर्ब बराबरको ऋणपत्र मध्ये १८ लाख कित्ता ऋणपत्रले हुन आउने कुल रु. १ अर्ब ८० करोड ऋणपुँजी रकम व्यक्तिगत तवर (Private Placement) बाट बिक्री गर्न र १२ लाख कित्ता ऋणपत्रले हुन आउने रु.१ अर्ब २० करोड ऋणपुँजी रकम (जसमध्ये ५% अर्थात् ६०,००० कित्ता सामूहिक लगानी कोषका लागि सुरक्षित गरी बाँडफाँड गरिएको समेत) मिति २०८३ असोज २९ गतेदेखि निष्काशन तथा बिक्री खुल्ला गरिएकोमा आज मिति २०८३ कात्तिक १० गते बैंकिङ्ग समय पश्चात् सो ऋणपत्रका लागि आवेदन लिने कार्य बन्द गरिने व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीको लागि सूचित गर्दछौँ ।
यस निष्काशन कार्यमा सहयोग तथा सद्भाव प्रदान गर्नुहुने सम्पूर्ण शुभेच्छुकहरु, लगानीकर्ता आवेदकहरु, सि-आस्वा सदस्य बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरु, निष्काशन बैंक तथा सम्बन्धित सबै नियमन निकायहरुमा धन्यवाद ज्ञापन गर्दछौँ ।
Notice regarding the Closing of Public Issue and Sale of
"6% RBBL Debenture 2089"
with a Tenure of 7 Years and an Annual Interest Rate of 6 Percent
Regarding the debenture named "6% RBBL Debenture 2089" of Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited, having a tenure of 7 years and an annual interest rate of 6 percent, consisting of 30 lakh units with a face value of Rs. 1,000/- per debenture amounting to Rs. 3 billion; out of which 18 lakh units amounting to a total debt capital of Rs. 1 billion 80 crore was to be sold through Private Placement and 12 lakh units amounting to Rs. 1 billion 20 crore debt capital (out of which 5% i.e., 60,000 units were reserved for collective investment funds and allotted accordingly) was opened for public issue and sale from the date 2083 Asoj 29, this is to inform all concerned that the application collection work for the said debenture will be closed today, date 2083 Kartik 10 after banking hours.
