(क) आ.व.२०८२/८३ को चौथो त्रैमासिक अवधिको वासलात र नाफा नोक्सान सम्बन्धी विवरणहरु यसैसाथ संलग्न गरिएको छ ।

२. व्यवस्थापकीय विश्लेषण:
(क) प्रस्तुत अवधिमा आयोजना पूर्ण क्षमतामा संचालन भइ अपेक्षित आय प्राप्त गर्न कम्पनी सफल भएको छ । तर श्री नेपाल विद्युत प्राधिकरणको उत्पादन र प्रशारण नीतिका कारणले २०८३ जेष्ठ महिनामा प्रवाहित विद्युतको अनुपातमा विद्युत बिक्री आय प्राप्त हुन नसकि आयमा करिव रु.१५ लाखको कमी हुन आयो ।
३. कानूनी कार्वहाहि सम्बन्धी विवरण:
यस अवधिमा कम्पनीले कसैको बिरुद्धमा मुद्दा दायर नगरेको र कम्पनी बिरुद्धमा पनि कसैले मुद्दा दायर गरेको जानकारी हालसम्म प्राप्त भएको छैन ।

Report for the Fourth Quarter of Fiscal Year 2082/83
1. Financial Statement:
(A) Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss statements for the fourth quarter of FY 2082/83 are attached herewith.

2. Managerial Analysis:
(A) During the period under review, the company succeeded in operating the project at full capacity and achieving the expected income. However, due to the generation and transmission policy of Nepal Electricity Authority, power sales revenue could not be realized in proportion to the electricity transmitted in the month of Jestha 2083, resulting in an income deficit of approximately Rs. 15 Lakhs.
3. Legal Proceedings Details:
During this period, the company has not filed any lawsuit against anyone, nor has any information been received to date regarding any lawsuit filed against the company.
