इकाईधनी दर्ता किताब बन्द हुने बारेको सूचना
राष्ट्रिय वाणिज्य बैंक लिमिटेड कोष प्रवर्द्धक तथा आरविवि मर्चेन्ट बैंकिङ्ग लिमिटेड योजना व्यवस्थापक/डिपोजिटरी रही आरविवि म्युचुअल फण्ड अन्तर्गत संचालित तपसिल बमोजिमका योजनाहरुको योजना व्यवस्थापकको मिति २०८३/०६/०१ गते बिहीबार अपरान्ह ५:१५ बजे बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकको निर्णयानुसार आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ को मुनाफा तथा सो अवधिसम्म रहेको संचित कोष समेतबाट योजनाहरुको इकाईधनीहरुलाई वितरण गर्ने प्रयोजनका लागि इकाईधनी दर्ता किताब मिति २०८३ असोज १२ गते सोमबार एक दिनका लागि बन्द हुने व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीको लागि सूचित गरिन्छ। इकाईधनी दर्ता किताब बन्द भएको अघिल्लो कारोबार दिनसम्म नेप्सेको प्रणालीमा कारोबार भई प्रचलित कानून बमोजिम तोकिएको समयावधि भित्र रितपूर्वक नामसारी भई आएका इकाईधनीहरु मात्र नगद प्रतिफलको लागि हकदार हुने व्यहोरा समेत यसै सूचनाद्वारा जानकारी गराइन्छ।

साथै आफ्नो इकाई धितो राखेका इकाईधनी महानुभावहरुको हकमा प्रतिफल प्राप्त गर्नका लागि सम्बन्धित बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाबाट No Objection Letter वा फुकुवा पत्र (Release Letter) अनिवार्य पेश गरे पश्चात् मात्र उक्त नगद प्रतिफल बैंक खातामा जम्मा गरिने व्यहोरा समेत यसै सूचना मार्फत जानकारी गराउँदछौं।

Notice regarding Book Closure for Unit Holders
As per the decision of the Board of Directors meeting of the Fund Manager held on Thursday, 2083/06/01 at 5:15 PM, with Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited as the Fund Sponsor and RBB Merchant Banking Limited as the Fund Manager/Depository, for the purpose of distributing returns to the unit holders of the schemes operated under RBB Mutual Fund as listed in the schedule below from the profits of the Fiscal Year 2082/83 and the accumulated fund up to that period, the Unit Holders' Registration Book will remain closed for one day on Monday, 2083 Ashoj 12. This notice is published for the information of all concerned. It is also informed through this notice that only those unit holders whose transactions are traded in the NEPSE system until the business day prior to the book closure date and whose names are duly transferred within the time limit prescribed by the prevailing laws will be eligible for the cash dividend.

Additionally, in the case of unit holders who have pledged their units, the cash dividend will be deposited into their bank accounts only after they submit a mandatory No Objection Letter or Release Letter from the respective bank and financial institution.
