यस कम्पनीका केही संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूले आफ्नो नाममा रहेका संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गरिपाउँ भनी यस कम्पनीमा कुल २,०२,७९८ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्रीका लागि निवेदन प्राप्त भएको र संस्थापक समूहको शेयर बिक्री गर्दा विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूलाई प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने र यसरी बिक्री हुन नसकेको अवस्थामा मात्र अन्य योग्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई सो शेयर बिक्री गर्नुपर्ने कानूनी प्रावधान भएकोले यस कम्पनीका विद्यमान सम्पूर्ण संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।
तसर्थ यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिन भित्र संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिन ईच्छुक यस कम्पनीका हाल विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूले के कति रकममा के कति शेयर खरिद गर्न हो सो समेत खुलाई निम्न कागजातहरू संलग्न गरी यस कम्पनीको शेयर रजिष्ट्रार रिलायबल इन्भेष्टमेन्ट एण्ड मर्चेन्ट क्यापिटल लिमिटेड, बालुवाटार, काठमाण्डौमा निवेदन दिनुहुन अनुरोध गर्दछौं। सो अवधि भित्र विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूबाट शेयर खरिद गर्न प्रस्ताव पेश नभएमा वा पूरै बिक्री नभएमा यस सूचनामा तोकिएको ३५ दिन समाप्त भए पश्चात १५ दिन थप गरी अन्य योग्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई शेयर बिक्री गरिने व्यहोरा समेत यसै सूचनाबाट जानकारी गराइन्छ। विस्तृत जानकारीको लागि यस कम्पनीको शेयर रजिष्ट्रार रिलायबल इन्भेष्टमेन्ट एण्ड मर्चेन्ट क्यापिटल लिमिटेड, बालुवाटार, काठमाण्डौ वा यस कम्पनीको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, ज्ञानेश्वर, काठमाण्डौमा सम्पर्क गर्नु हुन सूचित गरिन्छ।

- नागरिकता र राष्ट्रिय परिचय पत्रको फोटोकपी,
- आयश्रोत खुल्ने कागज र कर चुक्ता प्रमाणपत्र,
- कर्जा सूचना केन्द्रबाट कालोसूचीमा नपरेको प्रमाण,
- कम्पनी/संस्थाको हकमा दर्ता प्रमाणपत्र प्रबन्धपत्र, नियमावली, स्थायी लेखा नम्बर, पछिल्लो आ.व. को कर चुक्ता प्रमाण पत्र,
- बीमाको संस्थापक शेयर कारोबार सम्बन्धी निर्देशिका, २०७७ को अनुसूचि ४ फाराम,
- बीमाको संस्थापक शेयर कारोबार सम्बन्धी निर्देशिका, २०७७ बमोजिमको संस्थापक शेयर खरीद गर्नको लागि उपयुक्तताको परीक्षण सम्बन्धी कागजात तथा घोषणा।

Some founder shareholders of this company have applied to sell founder shares held in their names, and the company has received applications for the sale of a total of 2,02,798 units of founder shares. As per legal provisions, existing founder shareholders are to be given priority in the sale of founder shares, and only if the shares cannot be sold to them, can they be sold to other eligible individuals or institutions. This notice has been published for the information of all existing founder shareholders of this company.
Therefore, existing founder shareholders of this company who are interested in purchasing founder shares within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice are requested to submit an application to the company's share registrar, Reliable Investment and Merchant Capital Limited, Baluwatar, Kathmandu, specifying the amount and number of shares they wish to purchase, along with the following documents. It is also informed through this notice that if no proposal to purchase shares is submitted by existing founder shareholders within the said period, or if the entire quantity is not sold, the shares will be sold to other eligible individuals or institutions by extending the period by an additional 15 days after the expiry of the 35 days specified in this notice. 2. Document disclosing source of income and tax clearance certificate,
3. Proof of not being blacklisted by the Credit Information Bureau,
4. In case of a company/institution, registration certificate, memorandum of association, articles of association, Permanent Account Number, and latest fiscal year's tax clearance certificate,
5. Form 4 of Schedule of the Insurance Founder Share Transaction Directive, 2077,
6. Documents and declaration related to suitability test for purchasing founder shares as per the Insurance Founder Share Transaction Directive, 2077.
