यस कम्पनीबाट जारी भएका निम्नानुसारका बीमालेखहरू हराएको भनी बीमितहरूबाट प्रतिलिपि बीमालेखको लागि निवेदन प्राप्त भएका छन्। उक्त बीमालेख उपर हक दाबी भएमा यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिनभित्र सबुत प्रमाण सहित यस कम्पनीको प्रधान कार्यालयमा दाबी विरोध दर्ता गर्नुहुन यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको छ। उक्त मितिभित्र दाबी विरोध नपरेमा निवेदकको माग बमोजिम प्रतिलिपि बीमालेख जारी गरिने व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैलाई सूचित गरिन्छ।

Notice Regarding Lost Insurance Policy

Applications have been received from the insured for duplicate insurance policies stating that the following insurance policies issued by this company have been lost. This notice has been published requesting anyone having any claims against the said insurance policies to register their objection along with evidence/proof at the head office of this company within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice. If no claim or objection is received within the said period, duplicate insurance policies will be issued as per the applicants' request, which is hereby notified to all concerned.
