Sanima Bank Limited and Sanima Capital Limited: Extremely Urgent Notice Regarding Payment of Annual Operating Fee by all Beneficiary Account Holders [DEMAT Account] opened through Sanima Bank Limited and Sanima Capital Limited.

All beneficiary account holders who have opened beneficiary accounts through the branch offices of Sanima Bank Limited and Sanima Capital Limited and are engaged in securities transactions are requested through this notice to keep their beneficiary accounts active by paying the annual operating fee of Rs. 100/- (One Hundred Rupees only) for each fiscal year up to fiscal year 2082/83, as per the provisions of the Securities Central Depository Service Bylaws, 2068, through any of the methods mentioned below.

1. Details of the account for depositing the annual operating fee of beneficiary accounts (for cash payments only):

Operating Fee : Rs. 100/- (One Hundred Rupees only)

Details for Deposit : Full name, surname, beneficiary account number, and fiscal years of the concerned beneficiary.

2. Mero Share (Mero Share) profile can be renewed by paying the necessary fee using online platforms such as eSewa/Khalti by IME/Connect IPS.

All beneficiary account holders who operate accounts up to fiscal year 2082/83 are requested to pay their annual operating fees by 2083 Ashadh end and keep their beneficiary accounts active. Otherwise, if the operating fee is not paid after the said date, the beneficiary account (DEMAT Account) will remain frozen by the System as per the rules until the operating fee is paid. Furthermore, it is informed that shares in a frozen DEMAT Account cannot be settled or cleared when sold, nor can applications be made for shares in public issues. The beneficiary account holder will be solely responsible for this.

Regarding Mero Share (Mero Share) Payment:

Beneficiary account holders who are using Mero Share (Mero Share) service must renew it within one year of the service's activation. If not renewed within that period, the service will automatically be closed. Therefore, the service fee can be paid and renewed through any of the methods mentioned below at the time of depositing the annual operating fee.

1. Details of the account for depositing Mero Share (Mero Share) renewal fee (for cash payments only):

Operating Fee : Rs. 50/- (Fifty Rupees only)

Details for Deposit : Full name, surname, and beneficiary account number of the concerned beneficiary.

2. Mero Share (Mero Share) account can be renewed by paying the necessary fee using online platforms such as eSewa/Khalti by IME/Connect IPS.

P.S.:

1. All beneficiary account holders who have a bank account with Sanima Bank are requested through this notice to allow the annual operating fee of their beneficiary account to be deducted from the same bank account, if possible.

2. When depositing the renewal fee in the above-mentioned bank account, the name, surname, beneficiary account number, and the fiscal year for which the fee is being paid must be compulsorily mentioned. If the details are incomplete or incorrect, the beneficiary account holder will be solely responsible for it.
