इकाईधनीहरूलाई नगद लाभांश वितरण सम्बन्धी सूचना
सानिमा बैंक लिमिटेड कोष प्रवर्द्धक तथा सानिमा क्यापिटल लिमिटेड योजना व्यवस्थापक/डिपोजिटरी रही सानिमा म्युचुअल फण्ड अन्तर्गत संचालित सानिमा ग्रोथ फण्ड (Sanima Growth Fund -SAGF) ले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ को मुनाफाबाट इकाईधनीहरूलाई ५% (कर सहित) का दरले नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने निर्णय गरे बमोजिम उक्त नगद लाभांश मिति २०८३ भाद्र ३० गते देखि हितग्राही खाता (Demat a/c) मा अद्यावधिक भएको बैंक खातामा जम्मा गरिएको व्यहोरा सम्पूर्ण इकाईधनीहरूलाई जानकारी गराईन्छ । साथै, हालसम्म पनि हितग्राही खातामा बैंक खाता नं. अद्यावधिक नगराउनु भएका इकाईधनीहरूलाई आफ्नो हितग्राही खाता (Demat a/c) मा बैंक खाता नं. यथाशीघ्र अद्यावधिक गराउनुहुन समेत अनुरोध गरिन्छ ।
नोट: प्रचलित आयकर ऐन बमोजिम श्रोतमा कर कट्टी हुने र श्रोतमा कट्टी गरिएको करको विवरण दाखिला गर्दा भुक्तानी प्राप्त गर्ने व्यक्तिको स्थायी लेखा नम्बर (PAN) उल्लेख गर्नुपर्ने भएकोले सम्पूर्ण इकाईधनीहरूले आ-आफ्नो हितग्राही खातामा स्थायी लेखा नम्बर (PAN) अद्यावधिक गराई सहयोग गरिदिनुहुन समेत अनुरोध गरिन्छ । साथै, यस अघिका आ.व.हरूमा माथि उल्लेखित योजनाहरूले वितरण गरेको प्रतिफल प्राप्त नभएका इकाईधनीहरूले आ-आफ्नो हितग्राही खातामा बैंक खाता नं. अद्यावधिक गराई बाँकी रहेको प्रतिफल रकम समेत प्राप्त गर्न हुन यसै सूचना मार्फत जानकारी गराईन्छ ।

Notice regarding Cash Dividend Distribution to Unit Holders
Sanima Bank Limited as the fund sponsor and Sanima Capital Limited as the scheme manager/depository, Sanima Growth Fund (SAGF) operated under Sanima Mutual Fund has decided to distribute a cash dividend at the rate of 5% (including tax) to its unit holders from the profit of the fiscal year 2082/83. Accordingly, all unit holders are informed that the said cash dividend has been deposited into the bank accounts updated in their Demat accounts (Demat a/c) starting from 2083 Bhadra 30. Furthermore, unit holders who have not yet updated their bank account numbers in their Demat accounts are requested to update their bank account numbers in their Demat accounts (Demat a/c) as soon as possible.
Note: As per the prevailing Income Tax Act, tax is deducted at source, and when submitting the details of the tax deducted at source, the Permanent Account Number (PAN) of the person receiving the payment must be mentioned. Therefore, all unit holders are requested to cooperate by updating their Permanent Account Number (PAN) in their respective Demat accounts. Additionally, unit holders who have not received the returns distributed by the above-mentioned schemes in previous fiscal years are informed through this notice to update their bank account numbers in their Demat accounts and receive the remaining return amount.
