संस्थापक शेयर बिक्रि सम्बन्धी सूचना
यस सानिमा रिलायन्स लाईफ इन्स्योरेन्स लिमिटेडका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरु मध्ये केहि शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुबाट संस्थापक शेयर बिक्रि गर्ने स्वीकृतिका लागि यस कम्पनीमा निवेदन दिनु भएकोमा सञ्चालक समितिको मिति २०८३/०१/११ र २०८३/०६/०१ गते सम्पन्न बैठकबाट निवेदन बमोजिम कुल १,०२,७४६ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्रि प्रक्रिया अगाडी बढाउने निर्णय भएको र नेपाल बीमा प्राधिकरणबाट जारी "संस्थापक शेयर कारोबार सम्बन्धी निर्देशिका, २०७७" बमोजिम संस्थापक शेयर खरिद बिक्रि गर्दा विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई पहिलो प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने तथा संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरु बिच खरिद बिक्रि हुन नसकेको अवस्थामा मात्र उक्त शेयरहरु "संस्थापक शेयर कारोबार सम्बन्धी निर्देशिका, २०७७" को अधीनमा रही अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई बिक्रि गर्नुपर्ने भएकोले यस कम्पनीका सम्पूर्ण संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।
अतः कुनै संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुलाई उपरोक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिन इच्छा भएमा यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको ३५ दिन (२०८३/०६/१७ गते) भित्र यस कम्पनीको केन्द्रिय कार्यालय नयाँ बानेश्वर, काठमाडौँमा निवेदन पेश गर्न हुन अनुरोध छ । उक्त समयभित्र कोहि कसैको निवेदन प्राप्त नभएमा नियमानुसार अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई उपरोक्त शेयरहरु बिक्रि गर्न आवश्यक प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढाइने व्यहोरा समेत सरोकारवाला सम्पूर्णको जानकारीको लागि सूचित गरिन्छ ।

Notice Regarding Sale of Promoter Shares
As some of the promoter shareholders of Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Limited have submitted applications to this company for approval to sell their promoter shares, the Board of Directors' meetings held on 2083/01/11 and 2083/06/01 decided to proceed with the sale process of a total of 1,02,746 units of promoter shares as per the applications. According to the "Directive on Promoter Share Transactions, 2077" issued by the Nepal Insurance Authority, existing promoter shareholders must be given first priority when buying and selling promoter shares, and only if the purchase and sale cannot be completed among the existing promoter shareholders, the said shares shall be sold to other individuals or institutions subject to the "Directive on Promoter Share Transactions, 2077". Therefore, this notice has been published for the information of all promoter shareholders of this company.
Hence, if any promoter shareholder wishes to purchase the aforementioned promoter shares, they are requested to submit an application to the company's Central Office at New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, within 35 days (by 2083/06/17) from the date of publication of this notice. If no application is received from anyone within the said period, all concerned are informed that the necessary process will be initiated to sell the aforementioned shares to other individuals or institutions in accordance with the rules.
