निक्षेप उपर हकदावी गर्ने सम्बन्धी ३५ दिने सूचना
यस साँगिला डेभलपमेन्ट बैंक लि.को विभिन्न शाखा कार्यालयहरूमा खाता खोली कारोवार गर्दै आउनु भएका तपसिल बमोजिमका खातावालाहरूको मृत्यु भएकोले र निजहरूले खाता खोल्दाको बखत इच्छाइएको व्यक्ति कोही पनि नराख्नु भएकोले हाल तपसिलमा उल्लेखित व्यक्तिहरूबाट यस बैंक समक्ष मृत्यु दर्ताको प्रमाणपत्र तथा आवश्यक कागजात सहित उक्त खातामा रहेको रकम पाउँ भनी निवेदन दिनु भएकोले बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था सम्बन्धी ऐन, २०७३ को दफा १११ (२) को प्रयोजनार्थ अन्य कुनै व्यक्तिको हकदावी भएमा यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैंतीस) दिन भित्र स-प्रमाण दावी गर्न आउनुहोला । अन्यथा आवेदकको माग बमोजिम खाताको रकम भुक्तानी गरिने व्यहोरा सूचित गरिन्छ ।

Since the account holders mentioned in the details below, who opened accounts and were operating them at various branch offices of this Shangri-la Development Bank Ltd., have passed away without naming any nominee at the time of opening the account, and the persons mentioned in the details below have submitted applications to this bank requesting the funds in the respective accounts along with the death certificate and required documents, this notice is published as per Section 111 (2) of the Bank and Financial Institutions Act, 2073. If any other person has a claim, please submit a claim with evidence within 35 (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice. Otherwise, it is notified that the payment of the account amount will be made as per the applicant's request.
