यस सांग्रिला डेभलपमेन्ट बैंक लिमिटेडको संस्थापक शेयरधनी श्री टेल बहादुर पुनले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको ७,५१० कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्न ईच्छा राखी निवेदन दिनुभएको र उक्त निवेदन सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकमा पेश हुँदा रित पुऱ्याई बिक्री गर्ने प्रकृया अघी बढाउने निर्णय भएकोले उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिन ईच्छुक हाल कायम यस सांग्रिला डेभलपमेन्ट बैंक लिमिटेडका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूलाईनै प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने व्यवस्था नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंक एकीकृत निर्देशन नं. १०/२०८२ को बुँदा १५ (ख) मा रहेकोले संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूको जानकारीको लागी यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । यदि कुनै संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावलाई उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिन ईच्छा भएमा यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५(पैंतिस) दिनभित्र आवश्यक कागज प्रमाण संलग्न गरी यस बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय बालुवाटार, काठमाण्डौमा के कती कित्ता शेयर खरिद गरी लिनुहुने हो सो को व्यहोरा खुलाई निवेदन दिनुहुन सुचित गरिन्छ । संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिने सम्बन्धमा तोकिएको उक्त म्याद भित्र कायम संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरूको निवेदन पेश हुन नआएमा प्रचलित नियमानुसार अन्य व्यक्तिलाई बिक्री गर्ने सम्बन्धी आवश्यक कारबाही अघी बढाईने व्यहोरा समेत सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीको लागी यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।

Urgent Notice for Promoter Shareholders Wishing to Purchase Promoter Shares

As the promoter shareholder of Shangri-la Development Bank Ltd., Mr. Tel Bahadur Pun, has submitted an application expressing his desire to sell 7,510 units of promoter shares held in his name, and upon presenting the said application to the Board of Directors meeting, it was decided to proceed with the sale process in due order. Since there is a provision in Clause 15 (Kha) of Nepal Rastra Bank Unified Directive No. 10/2082 that priority must be given to the existing promoter shareholders of Shangri-la Development Bank Ltd. who are interested in purchasing the said promoter shares, this notice has been published for the information of the promoter shareholders. If any promoter shareholder wishes to purchase the said promoter shares, they are requested to submit an application within 35 (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice, enclosing the necessary documents and proofs, at the Bank's Central Office, Baluwatar, Kathmandu, specifying the number of shares they wish to purchase. If no application is received from the existing promoter shareholders within the specified deadline regarding the purchase of promoter shares, this notice is also published for the information of all concerned that necessary action will be taken to sell the shares to other individuals as per the prevailing rules.
